The roots of the Burton upon Trent branch go back to the 1970s and the branch relocated to 36 Station Street in 2004. The branch briefly relocated following a fire in 2014, but has returned home to Station Street, which reopened following extensive refurbishment. FacebookI’ve just bought a house through Newton Fallowell and they were very good indeed. They returned phone calls, helped with any queries, negotiated to get us a good deal, offered a good legal firm (whom we used) and seemed fair despite us buying as opposed to selling.4 Stars because they were actually better in most ways than the company we sold with (Yopa) we really were only better on price and perhaps photography (IMO). Simon, Sharon & Ben do a great job and I would certainly recommend them and consider using them in the future especially if I could haggle on the fees. Many thanks.

From the valuation to the sale of the property, Simon, Ben and Sharon have been extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and polite throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Jayne, the lettings administrator, has been incredibly friendly and professional with every email and phone call I have made since the beginning. We sold our house and purchased our new property, through Newton Fallowell Loughborough and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. From the initial valuation, to the listing going live, to accepting an offer was only about 5 weeks, which was better than we'd even hoped for! Sue was fantastic. If she said she would do something, or find out something, she would always follow through and get back to us promptly. If it wasnt for this professionalism and her chasing up solicitors to help speed up the responses to enquiries, I think we would still be waiting to move in! All the other staff we dealt with were also very polite and professional and I cannot rate our experience highly enough. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell Loughborough to anyone selling their property.

TrustpilotI wouldn't have instructed Newton Fallowell if I had realised
I instructed Newton Fallowell to put our home on the market, and at first appearance I thought, great, a professional. Photographs were taken, that in itself was hard work removing items, putting them back, changing things etc., We then sat down and he gave me the contract to sign without any chance to read the small print. He said the fee was 1%. But after a closer look it said 2% (which was concerning) It's only been 9 days since the property went live. But in that time there hasn't been a phone call, an up date or a For Sale Board or any communication whatsoever. I decided to instruct a new Agent who did point out that there was a 14 day cooling off period which enables me to take it off with Newton Fallowell. I am so glad that this was pointed out to me because I wouldn't have known as I wasn't given the chance to read any small print. I just have had such a bad feeling about this company. I'm glad I went by my gut instinct. I conseqently sent an email to the Agent to remove the property from Sale.
