The roots of the Burton upon Trent branch go back to the 1970s and the branch relocated to 36 Station Street in 2004. The branch briefly relocated following a fire in 2014, but has returned home to Station Street, which reopened following extensive refurbishment. GoogleI recently used Newton and Fallowell Burton in aid to find a new rental property for my family and me. Although the outcome was not what we had hoped for during the application process which is no fault to anyone just Landlords discretion and we fully understand this, I can honestly say I have never worked or dealt with more caring, supportive, humble, kind and just ultimately all round lovely team of people. From start to finish of the process Jayne assisted at the end of the phone and email with detail and processing along with going above and beyond for reassurance and just all round endearing support of our situation. An absolute credit to the business. Alongside Jayne, Ben welcomed our family to the property for viewing and was absolutely wonderful, a true gentleman and my children loved him. He was very kind with his honesty on the process so we knew exactly how many other applications there were and also in being open about this being completely down to the landlords discretion who ultimately would be accepted. Bens approach, kindness and invaluable openness was brilliant. This level of service is not received across the Industry generally, which I am finding now during my own process to re-home is uncommon. For this I am truly thankful and do hope these guys are an example to the rest of the industry when dealing with worried, distressed, concerned and overwhelmed clients as it goes such a long way even if the result isn’t what you wished for. Thank you again Jayne and Ben and the rest of the team. Huge thank you again and hope we get to work with you in the future ☺️ MJ

GoogleA wonderful team. They were so helpful with any questions we had about the house we were purchasing from them. Simon, Mark and everyone we spoke to were so ready to help us and went out of their way to do so. They helped us to chase solicitors at both ends of the purchase/sale. They always sound cheery when then answer the phone and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them.

Sold quickly, completed quickly. the communication was excellent, whats app group was a great touch. Uploaded to their facebook page same day as instructed with a great video and Rightmove following day. Would definately recommend

I have met both Simon and Ben in real life and they have both been extremely helpful and accommodating. My sister also bought her house through them and her experience was just as good as mine. GoogleI dealt with Ben Foley and couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish. Ben was always on hand if I had any questions and kept me updated with any updates in regards to the sale very quickly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Ben throughout the whole process.
