Had them value my house and they said I'm better off going to auction as the house needed updating and put a reserve of £140000 , went to another estate agent and had it valued at £175000 had offer of full asking price,then someone came in with offer of £210000.

GoogleTook time off work had a viewing today Bearwood hill road, didn't even turn up !!! No communication just left outside propert. I'd call that unprofessional and incompetent.

I tried to rent a property through Newton Fallowell in Birmingham. Unfortunately, it fell through due to a change in my circumstance. However, they were very considerate and professional and resolved my issue in a satisfactory way. I will be happy to rent with them if the I find a suitable property.
