myself and my wife have been in our property rented through keenans for three months now, from previous negative experience with our old landlord/letting agents we were pleasantly surprised with keenans service. they've been so professional from the moment of the viewing with james C to then being offered the property and the whole process of moving in with phillipa it's all been flawless. every question answered all peace of mind. then when we moved in we had a slight issue and our property manager kerris was on it straight away and had the issue fixed the day after. now we've been in the property 3 months we've just had our inspection and it was conducted by james C. it was good to see him as he did the initial viewing of the property. he was very professional and listened to any concerns we had and i feel he will report back to the relevant team. I have no concerns with keenans. the service has been brilliant and would highly recommend..

I’d like to highlight the professionalism and helpfulness of this agency, specifically James Crockett, fantastic agent who took the time to view properties with me, share his opinions honestly and cleared up queries i was worried about, extremely friendly service from him, i will choose keenans from now on when renting in the future due to the quality of service i received and the willingness to help me, thank you!!! Just an update - James came back to do my first inspection, i was hesitant to have a random person coming to my property but it was a lovely surprise when It was james, really nice touch, once again, super friendly service!

I would not hesitate to use Keenan's again for a sale or a purchase. We have had a lot of back and forth to get a sale agreed, not a fault of Keenan's, but they were in touch throughout it all. We are near the end now and almost at completion and it has been really great that Molly has provided us with regular updates via Whats App. It helped to know how things were progressing throughout the process. The team are always helpful when you call and get you the answers and reassurance when needed.

As per a lot of the other reviews, from a buyers perspective very poor experience…“negotiators” openly lying about prices and offers and for the seller, causing them to lose out. The viewing experience was the only positive, a really nice lad who was smart and knowledgeable. Everything after that with Alex and Niomi was pretty shocking. Lies, mistakes and it would seem the company has no complaints procedure despite asking twice. There’s much better agents in the area so steer clear where possible.

I wanted to share my experience of working with our Sales Progressor, Helen at the Burnley Branch. Helen was absolutely fantastic all the way through and supported us in turning round a purchase in quick time. Helen was able to chase all the relevant solicitors on our behalf and even tracked down vendors on holiday to ensure all parties were kept up to date and progressing. Exceptional property management service for our portfolio of investment properties

We have been using Keenans Estate Agents to manage our property portfolio for over 12 months now, after receiving a very poor service from our previous agents. So far I can't fault the service. Patrick Jones and his team are efficient, professional and on top of all the needs of my tenants. I am out of the country on a daily basis with my profession, and I find it reassuring to know that I can rely on Patrick and his team to take away the normal day to day pressures of property management. Owning investment properties is a job on its own and using Keenans to manage our portfolio is one of the best decisions I have made.

Don’t believe everything that you are told, or the promises that are said on there signs!!

Obviously didn’t look on the emailing list before sending out the please leave your reviews email. As i said to them at one point, “this is supposed to be a exciting time but right now all I am thinking is I wish I hadn’t even decided to sell my house let alone with Keenan’s.” Where do I start, we put an offer down on a property on a Friday to be told yes its yours. To then drive plastic the property a couple of days later see a sold sign with another company, contact Keenans to see what was going on to be told, he’d accepted an offer over the weekend, and what about our offer? Oh well we didn’t actually get through to him on Friday to confirm with him despite telling you that he had accepted, because we knew he’d had no offers and that there was no viewings so just thought it would be ok.Meaning having to go back and offer more, costing us a further £10,000. Thanks.They were happy enough to chase us for stupid things but not the venders or buyers of ours, meaning delays left right and centre. Explain to me what sort of Estate Agent sells a property to a person without ensuring that they had the keys, so when everything was completed we went to pick up the keys to our house which they told me they didn’t have and that I’d just have to go and wait while they chased it up. Wait where ? I have just sold my house and I am sat outside of the property which I had just bought with no way of getting in and all my belongings sat on the drive. Oh and half hour till home time for the person telling me I’m going to have to wait. Then turning up with a spare set, meaning not all the keys were there (only 1 key for the patio doors, so could only open 1 door, no keys for the shed or outhouse) and basically saying well that’s all we can get hold off, meaning I had to move all my belongings into a house which someone else had the keys too and not being able to sleep for 2 days until I could get a locksmith to come out and replace the locks throughout, and due to not having all the keys to the doors meant that the locks having to be drilled out. Costing a further £350.So not only did they take a very good wage from us they also cost me a further £10,350. Thank you Keenan’s. I will not be using again.

I would like to say what a excellent estate agents Keenans are. From start to Finnish and the bits in-between I could not fault them. A special mention for Simon who came to apprise the house first, what a true professional he was he explained all what Keenans would do to sell our house and explained in detail how the company's department's work. Wonderful staff, could not recommend highly enough!

I have used Keenans now to buy several properties and to sell one, and my experience is ongoing currently. I could not fault them, they have been incredibly proactive in marketing my property, getting an incredible number of viewings and ultimately securing a sale at asking price for a tricky property with a tiny bathroom that could not be improved. On the purchase front they are also really proactive, contacting me on a weekly basis to let me know of progress, ironing out any difficulties and ensuring that every purchase goes smoothly and quickly. I could not possibly mention them all but special thanks to Rob, Jonathan, Sophie, Dave, Adam and Jess at Accrington office for their professionalism, friendly welcome approach and all-round effort.

We feel very lucky to have had Simon from the Swinton branch leading us through the sale of our house. He is extremely pleasant, friendly, honest and has a excellent knowledge and expertise of both the local market and the field that he works in. He stayed in regular contact with us throughout the whole process and provided the right advice, reassurance and guidance we needed at each step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and he always answered our questions in an honest and timely manner.
