GoogleMy property has been managed by Keenan’s for several years. The present manager, Lucie, has proved to be professional and competent. Lucie is proactive in managing rental payments, communicating with tenants and arranging inspections. She responds to messages in a timely and courteous manner and is a pleasure to work with.

GoogleMy wife and I recently viewed a couple of houses with Keenans. Abigale was the agent who showed us the properties and she was very friendly and helpful. She gave us the time we needed to look around and answered any questions we had. Some estate agents are pushy to try and sell a place and will rush a viewing in hopes that you will overlook certain aspect; Keenans aren't like that at all. 5/5 from us!

We instructed Keenans in January 2026 to sell our property. As we approached completion, we discovered by chance that the buyer was one of their own employees.
We’re sorry for the distress this matter has caused and assure you that your concerns are being dealt with the upmost priority. Your complaint is still open and an ongoing matter which we have contacted you to update you on. Had good communication with Keenan’s who were working for the sellers of the property was buying. The only thing I would suggest would be a nice gesture to someone who is spending a lot of money would be a welcome gift to new home think this would be a lovely finishing touch.

I am extremely disappointed with this agent and would give zero stars if I could. Throughout the entire process, I felt like they did absolutely nothing to help close the deal; instead, they only added immense and unnecessary stress.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you left the process feeling this way, though we do feel it’s important to clarify several points to ensure an accurate reflection of the transaction. Your purchase completed in 13 weeks from offer acceptance to completion, which is three weeks faster than the current national conveyancing average of 16 weeks. While we appreciate that the process felt slow from your perspective, the timeline achieved was in fact ahead of the national benchmark, and we worked consistently with all parties to help keep things moving. We will still take your comments on our communication on board, as we are always looking to improve. Regarding the allegation of dishonesty, we must respectfully refute this. We can only update you on information that we are actually included in. In this instance, the vendor’s initial response was sent directly to the solicitors rather than to us, which is why the update came from them first. As the conveyancing process is a legal process with your solicitors, it is not uncommon to receive updates from them. We understand how this may have caused frustration, but it was not a case of withholding or misrepresenting information. On the matter of the final viewing, we do have to work within the availability of the property owners. We passed on the time provided to us in good faith, and we apologise if this caused inconvenience. Your comments on this point will be used to review how we manage appointment confirmations going forward. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we do stand by the accuracy of the information we provided throughout and the efforts made to support your purchase to a successful and timely completion. Your feedback will be shared with the team to help us continue improving our client journey.

GoogleI have been dealing with Keenans for quite some time now looking for my dream home which I'm finding very stressfull at the moment, but keenans have been very good and patient with me sending me houses that nearly fit my criteria, they do have a bit of a challenge on their hands as I am a little bit fussy lol. GoogleWe have been viewing properties with Keenans for the past year and their estate agents have always been very helpful. However after viewing a recent property with them. we would especially like to thank Harry who showed us the property, he was amazing, very helpful and above all respectful. Although we decided not to place an offer on the property we left with a good experience, so all we can say is that he truly is an exceptional representative for Keenans.

James assisted in my property search and was such a great help, approachable and fun and then George was such an amazing help from the get go and really routed for me with my rented property search. Both James and George are amazing and in the end I've unfortunately had to pull out from a property and they've shown real kindness to me as well. I couldn't thank them or recommend them enough.
