I'd first like to say how brilliant frost estate agents were with dealing with us . All emails were quickly replied to and always got honest and straight forward answers. Wendy the agent that we dealt with was brilliant and helped us out alot with all the paperwork and documents side of things as it was our first time at renting through a agent . I would reccomend frost partnership to anyone looking to rent and wendy is a.credit to the company with her experience and patience is dealing with customers.

Burnham office provided an accurate valuation with a clear indication of the advantages and disadvantages the property offered to buyers. Within a short period of time a number of potential buyers were found and after a few eventful viewings an offer was made and the asking price achieved. The office were also helpful in sourcing an efficient solicitor, removal services plus signing off identification documents which eliminated the need to find and pay a solicitor to carry out this task, very useful. Communications provided the support needed to complete the sale and completion was achieved just under 3 months which considering some of the difficulties encountered was a good achievement. My wife and our sold our house in Burnham through Frosts in December 2017. We had lived in the immediate area for a few years and decided on Frosts due to their excellent reputation locally and we were not disappointed. Having had a bad experience some years earlier on moving into this area, we knew exactly what we wanted from an Estate Agency and were very specific with Mark and Andy at Frosts. They 'got it' immediately and went on to provide a really first class service to us over the 9 months or so it actually took to sell and move. Andy in particular went the extra mile, ensuring that we were regularly updated and that we had sufficient information about viewers in advance of visits. We had several acceptable offers during the period, before finding a very nice family who were fully committed and proceedable. Andy then ensured through his sheer dogged determination that he kept all parties focussed on completion, shepherding the solicitors and other agents to keep progress brisk, anticipating obstacles and providing advice on how to deal with them. Without his professionalism and attention to detail I am convinced we would still be waiting to complete. If you are looking to either sell or buy in the Burnham area, you'd be well advised to consider Frosts. They are a plain-speaking, no-nonsense business with a great work ethic, coupled with a healthy sense of humour that really took the pain out of the process for us. I would highly recommend them.

I sold my home with The Frost Partnership in Burnham last year. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them. Because they are one of the largest and most important estate agents in my area, they already had several potential buyers looking for homes when I listed mine, so closing on a sale was fairly quick and easy.. They helped to manage the buying process so it went very smoothly. Overall, working with The Frost Partnership was an efficient experience. Their staff are delightful and were very supportive in my sale and move.

Was very impressed by the level of service received from the Frost partnership when selling our house. They made us feel like it was a very personal service and backed this up with excellent communication/availabilty at all times. They sourced a high number of viewings for our property and were able to get on with this whilst we were at work. We also had the experience of having to use other estate agents when buying our property and were shocked to see how poor they were in comparison to Frost. I honestly felt they were like a telesales office and lacked the personal touch which we got from frost. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Burnham/Taplow area.
