Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Wendy who handled my tenancy, nothing was too much trouble and as time was tight for me, she managed to get me into the property in under a week, Thank you Wendy!
The Frost partnership use a Vetting agency called Keysafe, as I required a Guarantor, It did make the process a little more difficult. However, it is positive that they try to protect both Tenant and Landlord before the agreement is made.
