The Burnham Frost Team have been wonderful in their support, perseverance and professionalism throughout our sale and purchase experience. Andrew in particular has been a great asset when trying to navigate through negotiations. They have not paid back my deposit for 3 months now. I moved out of the property rented in July. Have been calling them and sending emails with no response as to when the deposit will be paid back. During the tenancy did not get much support. Definitely do not recommend the agency.
