GoogleAvoid at all cost! Over the period of one year they’ve avoided trying to sort out any issues we’ve had with the apartment we’ve rented through them -they usually even don’t have the curtesy to come back to you if you put through a query. They’ve also been completely unable to provide us with recites on the things they took off our deposit (it wasn’t particularly much, but the things they’ve made claims for have all been reported defects that they’ve refused to deal with All year).
We’re in the processes of a major complaint against them, which I assume will go to their ombudsman, this + our experience with them throughout the year is something I don't wish on any person.

After inputting your name into our records we aren’t able to locate any record of you registered with the office and after speaking with the team at Burnham they don’t recall dealing with you.
