Excellent service for a house sale in Oxford

Penny and Sinclair dealt with my recent house sale in Oxford, which went without a hitch and with excellent personal service. We received valuations from a few estate agents and these varied quite widely, but we went with Penny and Sinclair since they provided the clearest rationale for their valuation. This decision was vindicated, since we accepted an offer above asking price within a few days. They clearly have a good understanding of the local market and pitched the property just right.

Great Experience in Oxford

My daughter and I came to Oxford needing a Short Let while my daughter attended a Summer Program. We were unhappy with our choices until reaching Lisa and Amber at Penny & Sinclair. Amber came up with a solution that was perfect for us just in time for the program's beginning. Lisa and Lillimai provided outstanding service and helped make our stay comfortable. My wife and I found the staff extremely helpful in all aspects when looking for property in Burford, when eventually we found the house prior to purchase nothing was to much trouble, viewings were very well accompanied even at very short notice being very polite and informative. The negotiating was dealt with superbly and with ease and peace of mind. Penny and Sinclair Estate agent have a poor reputation which is not deserved in the case of Penny and Sinclair. We bought our house in Burford through the local office during the summer of 2015. Throughout the process they kept us informed and conducted viewing at convenient times. Any question raised were immediately noted and responded to often the same day. Although we had rented a property in the area for the previous eight months, moving into a new town creates its own problems. After moving into the house we needed to carryout refurbishment of the property but had no knowledge or experience of local tradesmen. Whenever we asked for recommendations, Penny and Sinclair responded promptly. We could not ask for no better service and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
