We have just bought a house through Potter and Ford and it has been a great experience. Richard, Nikki, and the team have been lovely to deal with - making sure everything was running smoothly, making sure every survey, valuation, etc. was accommodated as soon as possible, and remaining calm and effective even when solicitors were tying themselves up in knots! We will definitely look to Potter and Ford if and when we return to the housing market in the future as they were by far the most capable and personable agents we dealt with.

Excellent service by Potter & Ford chesham branch. A special mention have to go to Richard French. He was very helpful at every stage of the buying process. We had to arrange few visits to the property before the sale and he never hesitated or made a fuss about it. Very prompt in answering queries. We went with the lawyers recommended by Potter & Ford and they got involved in chasing them up even for a minor delay. Not until the sale was agreed but Potter and Ford was there till the end supporting at each stage until the transaction was completed. Friendly, helpful, professional and overall brilliant service.
