GoogleWe were purchasing Everyone was friendly, open, honest, approachable and trustworthy. We were kept well informed of the progress and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was stress free and we were pleasantly surprised by the way we were dealt with during the whole process. A rare experience in Chesham where the two Corporate chains do not follow this philosophy. My recommendation is always use a local independent agent.

They provided a realistic valuation, and then realized that valuation. COVID caused a delay to exchange and completion, but they steered the sale through successfully, reacting promptly to changes in the situation in order to keep things on track. GoogleMy partner and I found James Pinder and his colleagues to be extremely helpful, always assisting with our needs and meeting our tight deadlines. As first time buyers, we knew little about the mortgage process and Potter & Ford provided us with all the neccassary information, which in turn meant that we could buy our chosen property. We would recommend using Potter & Ford to anyone wanting reliable financial/ mortgage advise.
