Nothing short of exceptional I liaised with Frost for the sale of a family member's property as they could not due to health reasons. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and empathy throughout the entire sale and purchase process. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed every step of the way. I can honestly say the entire Frost team were brilliant but I would like to mention Megan in particular who went above and beyond to support me in what was sometimes a stressful process, particularly with the time constraints of buying a new build property. Being a first time landlord it can be a little daunting just complying with legal requirements and ensuring that you are proceeding correctly. Four years ago I was relocating from Gloucestershire to Burnham for work. I was fortunate enough to find a property that I thought would be ideal and contacted Wendy from Frosts to arrange a viewing. Bearing in mind the competition for properties, the fact that I was trying to sort things out from a distance whilst working full time, it was a challenge! Wendy took care of the whole process from start to finish: keeping in touch with updates, liaising with the Landlord, chasing up the references and also being there for any queries over the tenancy, despite it not being a managed property. Landlords stay away

Can't find words to describe how bad the quality of service is. Frosts charges me management fee for "managing" my property. But now I have to manage Frosts and my property.One of many examples - Gas Safety certificate on my property has expired. As managing agent they should have initiated the process of getting new one. But they didn't. I raised it with them when I realized it. It took them more than 3 weeks and multiple follow ups to get it sorted. The lady dealing with my property has absolutely no clue about what Gas Safety Certificate is what is the purpose of it.Their contractors charge extortionate rates. You can get things done in half the money if you find a tradesman. You are better of managing your property than giving it to Frosts. You will end up managing it yourself anyway.

Wendy is a real asset to the letting business at Burnham, she was very good with us and our tenant during our interaction with them as a landlord. But our experience of the rest of the letting team is disappointing. You need to chase, chase and chase to get anywhere. Emails not replied to, phone messages never returned; their attention to detail is really lacking. The experience has put us off letting the property in the future.

At the end of the rental period, we cleaned the house and left, the house was empty for a few weeks after we left, it may have gotten a little dusty in the meantime, the real estate agent told us that cleaning would be done, we accepted it but they charged us 340 pounds, even for the London area, a very high amount of money for cleaning service. I asked the cleaning company for the invoice for this service, they did not send it. We also left an extension cord, a clothes drying rack and a few items for the next tenant, and I was charged 150 pounds to remove them from the house, I do not find these actions fair at all. Very bad experience with the staff!!Paid a holding deposit to hold a property.. two days after I was told it was taken by someone else.Mentioning no name i was shown other properties as the company had my holding deposit yet again the property was let to someone else.Been nearly two week since I paid my holding deposit. Company was quick to ask for deposit and no response till i contact them for an update.Refund has been issued still waiting for it.I have had to take time out of work to view properties why would an estate agent show me properties when they are already off the market?No communication withing the staff. I have to chase all the timeI would say its a waste of time dealing with company like this!!
