I liaised with Frost for the sale of a family member's property as they could not due to health reasons.
I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and empathy throughout the entire sale and purchase process. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed every step of the way. I can honestly say the entire Frost team were brilliant but I would like to mention Megan in particular who went above and beyond to support me in what was sometimes a stressful process, particularly with the time constraints of buying a new build property.

GoogleFour years ago I was relocating from Gloucestershire to Burnham for work. I was fortunate enough to find a property that I thought would be ideal and contacted Wendy from Frosts to arrange a viewing. Bearing in mind the competition for properties, the fact that I was trying to sort things out from a distance whilst working full time, it was a challenge! Wendy took care of the whole process from start to finish: keeping in touch with updates, liaising with the Landlord, chasing up the references and also being there for any queries over the tenancy, despite it not being a managed property. I have just ended the tenancy and once again Wendy has dealt with things smoothly and professionally - even returning my deposit in record time. What a pleasure. I can’t thank you enough.

There is no complaints process, awful customer communication or urgency on a maintained property. Sebastian Rodriguez and Sarah Kirk have been unhelpful on an ongoing issue with contradictory statement when contacted, often pushing responsibility on the landlord when the contract is between us and Frost Partnership.
The service levels are unsatisfactory and no issues are resolved.

Can't find words to describe how bad the quality of service is. Frosts charges me management fee for "managing" my property. But now I have to manage Frosts and my property.One of many examples - Gas Safety certificate on my property has expired. As managing agent they should have initiated the process of getting new one. But they didn't. I raised it with them when I realized it. It took them more than 3 weeks and multiple follow ups to get it sorted. The lady dealing with my property has absolutely no clue about what Gas Safety Certificate is what is the purpose of it.Their contractors charge extortionate rates. You can get things done in half the money if you find a tradesman. You are better of managing your property than giving it to Frosts. You will end up managing it yourself anyway.
