We just sold our house and bought our new house through the Burnham branch of Frost Partnership. We've had great customer service, support and good advice throughout. Between David and Abbi, we felt looked after, prices and details were negotiated and the ts and i's crossed and dotted. It was a chain of 4 houses and Abbi was exceptional at keeping calm and ensuring everything flowed well. Thank you also to Nisha and Lily for looking after us. In short, they really are your friendly, local estate agent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a great experience working with Abbi at Frost for my recent property purchase. She was super proactive right from the start and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Very professional service. Sold and purchased a property through Frosts Burnham High St recently. Staff were so helpful nothing too much trouble. All viewings were negotiated in plenty of time and an effort was made to bunch them together whenever possible. I was a novice at both buying and selling and felt guided and supported throughout the whole process. Everything that was promised at the time of valuation was delivered. Groupings of the viewings was very appreciated. David took on board our requirements for our new home and gave us a call when he valued a property he felt met our needs and when he was instructed to sell it booked us in for a viewing enabling us to secure our new home quickly.
