Having just completed the sale of my late father’s house in Burnham I would like to thank David and Gill for their support throughout this process. The prompt, friendly and professional way they dealt with the sale from the moment I first made contact to completion was excellent. David inspired confidence and the advice he gave when preparing the house for sale and during negotiations was invaluable and very much appreciated. Based on this experience I would definitely go to them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I appreciated her prompt communication and attention to detail throughout the tenancy. There was an early point in the process where I reconsidered my initial choice after viewing another Frost property that better suited my daily childcare logistics. When I raised this with Katie, she was clear about the landlord's commitment and the need for a timely decision due to other interest in the property. While the conversation felt somewhat brisk at the time, I understand the pressures involved in managing multiple applicants and properties. Once the tenancy was confirmed, Katie remained professional and helpful, and I had no issues during my time at the property. Overall, I found her to be effective and capable in her role.

Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people

Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent.
