GoogleWendy is a real asset to the letting business at Burnham, she was very good with us and our tenant during our interaction with them as a landlord. But our experience of the rest of the letting team is disappointing. You need to chase, chase and chase to get anywhere. Emails not replied to, phone messages never returned; their attention to detail is really lacking. The experience has put us off letting the property in the future.

At the end of the rental period, we cleaned the house and left, the house was empty for a few weeks after we left, it may have gotten a little dusty in the meantime, the real estate agent told us that cleaning would be done, we accepted it but they charged us 340 pounds, even for the London area, a very high amount of money for cleaning service. I asked the cleaning company for the invoice for this service, they did not send it. We also left an extension cord, a clothes drying rack and a few items for the next tenant, and I was charged 150 pounds to remove them from the house, I do not find these actions fair at all. Jamie Berryman is a Saint! I knew the moment Jamie valued our property I had total faith he would sell our property and give that personal touch through to completion. He is reliable, extremely professional and hardworking, from checking his emails in the evening when things turned stressful. Being 100% honest which in my opinion is a rarity with Estate Agents... He eased the whole experience & is a true credit to The Frost Group. This is our 4th house sale and I wish all agents had the knowledge and calmness Jamie has displayed. The team behind Jamie also need praise. Thanks to Paige and Andy too for all of your help with the Sale.

Very bad experience with the staff!!Paid a holding deposit to hold a property.. two days after I was told it was taken by someone else.Mentioning no name i was shown other properties as the company had my holding deposit yet again the property was let to someone else.Been nearly two week since I paid my holding deposit. Company was quick to ask for deposit and no response till i contact them for an update.Refund has been issued still waiting for it.I have had to take time out of work to view properties why would an estate agent show me properties when they are already off the market?No communication withing the staff. I have to chase all the timeI would say its a waste of time dealing with company like this!!

GoogleQ. Who do you call when you need to sell 2 separate properties and then buy a new home...oh, in 10 weeks? A. The Frost Partnership. They nailed it for us in 2017 and it would appear both class and form seem to be permanent given we have just completed on the sale of the property we bought 5 years ago. Great team, hugely helpful and they genuinely care. Would definitely recommend.

We were model tenants- our first visit after 3 months of a 12 month tenancy and our report was “exceedingly clean”. Before we moved in we asked if we could hang a picture and requested that the landlord to leave the same paint so we could restore to the same. Upon check out the check our clerk said this was the easiest check out as everything was in order. There were a couple of things that were mention but was advised that it “would be harsh” if we were charged. We received the report and the Frost comments were rude and untrue. We replied giving logical explanations to the points raised. After an exceedingly poor response - “no response” we escalated to the Head of Lettings. After numerous conversations he said “it’s very rare for anyone to get their full deposit back!” So letters beware you will not get your full deposit back. We were only charged £40 but it’s the principal. The £40 was £5 for the filled hole and we used the paint the landlord left and the colour had changed every so slightly. We reported two identical round marks in the ceiling from the flat above and was advised to monitor, we were charged £15 for this. There was a chip on the floor in a bathroom which was caused by a contractor when the belly pan was removed from the sink following an issue with the sink and was charged £10 and finally there was a dent in the side of the bath which we never even saw and again charged £10. None of the charges made any sense and feel the landlord never even saw this report and yet this money was to be withheld. As a good Will gesture the fee was reduced to £20. If these were real charges and this “damage” was an issue surely it would be more to cover the cost of repairs? The whole thing was a total shambles. Finally last week Frost called us to ask if we could provide them with information on the TV provider. Yes of course for £20! Beware! Take photos of everything and send email confirmations to protect yourselves.

Had EE call asking to switch said easy plug in asked for engineer to install been with out TV or WiFi after 4 calls engineer came out said we not wired up by open reach so now got wait till Fri did not say nothing at door I've just come out hospital with stroke spent hrs trying connect think is disgusting would not recommend EE or BT my wife been charged 41 pound for leaving so no TV or WiFi for week we both work NHS wouldn't never use or listen to there story's stay with who your with to much trouble written to obman not good enough why not make sure u can use 4 different customer services said different stuff my view do not go with EE bt is useless

GoogleWe recently approached Wendy at Frosts Burnham to let out our flat. Start to finish she was impeccable, extremely professional and thorough. She found a Tenant for the flat within 2 weeks after we had struggled for over a month listing it ourselves on openrent. Can't fault frosts service - the fee is entirely worth it. Totally hands off experience, inventory and references all sorted, really pleased. Don't hesitate to use frosts burnham to rent out your place. Ask for Wendy, she's a credit to the organisation.

TrustpilotNo response to emails - out of business?
I can only assume they are out of business. No response after several emails to various aliases including their director of lettings directly. They registered my tenants deposit despite the fact I only wanted them to find the tenant - I complained about this at the time. Now, at the end of the tenancy, they are not responding to a request for information on how to return it. I was going to sell the property through them but if they aren't in business anymore then I'll need to look elsewhere.

GoogleWe have recently rented a flat from Frost Burnham. Wendy is very helpful in finding us the place we both like and the whole renting process has been easy and efficient with her help. Everyone from their office is very pleasant to speak with. So far everything is great. I would recommend them! (Particularly after we had a bad experience with another unprofessional agent in High Wycombe over the last year, this is like a breeze and it is so good to know there are nice and helpful agents like Wendy!)
