FacebookWe chose to sell our house with Frost Partnerships Staines after the excellent service my father received during the sale of his house in 2017. All members of the sales team were professional, polite and friendly. They followed their company covid guidelines and ensured any viewers did too. We had particular confidence in Jamie King who was focused on securing the best possible price for our property with reliable buyers. He seemed to have a 6th sense in this regard and was able to identify time wasters. Having not moved house for 35 years he guided us through the process with patience and understanding and always returned our calls in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to deal with him and his team.

The whole team were extremely pro active and professional in every aspect. After 17 viewings in two weeks we agreed a sale. All staff were helpful and professional throughout and in particular we should mention Matthew Craft and Anthony Prokopiou who both worked so hard to help us achieve our sale and purchase. GoogleMy experience of Frost Partnership has been excellent. My elderly mother was selling her house to move into a retirement apartment and, as you can imagine, it was a daunting prospect for her. Our main contact at Frost was Andrew H. and he couldn't have been kinder. He showed empathy towards my mother at every stage, almost treating her as if she was his own grandmother! He kept me informed of everything as it was happening, and when I had a query he acted on it straight away. I had absolute trust in Andrew and knew he had our best concerns at heart. So thank you!

Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!
