I purchased a house recently through Frost Partnership and I had a great experience with them. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. Purchasing house is a bit of a stressful thing but when you have people to support you though your journey of purchase, It will make your life easy and less stressful. Keep it up guys. Moving out is stressful enough....

Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

The company is a absolute joke

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people

Frost first acted as letting agents for our house, then, when we decided to sell they managed the sale. We were dealing primarily with Caroline Ljubisic on the letting and Josh Wilkinson on the sale. Both did an excellent job, and were always very pleasant to deal with. Especially Josh, dealing with an unusually problematic sale, was always active and helpful, and with colleagues, guided us to a successful outcome.

Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent.

We recently appointed The Frost Partnership to manage our rental property. We are first time landlords and the property was previously our main residence so finding the right agent was very important to us. I purchased my home through Frost GX. Matthew Craft is simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He saved the sale of my property which was being sold via another Local estate agent by taking over discussions with a very awkward and difficult buyer. My own estate agent was not able to do this and my buyer walked away but Matthew managed to get him back to purchase my property. Matthew worked until late into the evenings and kept all parties informed at all times. I have never dealt with such a difficult sale and purchase and would like to thank Matthew for keeping me at the table as there were times when I just had enough and wanted to throw in the towel. I realised that when deciding on an estate agent to sell your property you need someone that will do their utmost for your best interests and Matthew certainly does this at all times for his client and even for others in the chain. I will never use another estate agent and regret that I did not use Frost in the first place.

Frost partnership represented the house we were viewing (and have now bought) and it was hands down a great experience with them. As any first time buyers would agree, buying a house is super stressful and complicated. Emma was looking after us and was a breath of fresh air. No pressurised phone calls or game playing. It was straight, honest and polite conversations throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond when it came to sending over correspondence with the sellers and having had some communications from estate agents from other agencies, we were really fortunate we had her as our middle man (woman). Andrew helped us aswell at the very end as was completely informed of the progress of the porperty and was given a proper handover while Emma was on leave. In general, everyone at the Amersham branch were great and were always patient with requests from both sides. Would definitely recommend using them!

Landlords be aware I had never used…

Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.
