If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would.
This also applies to Mackenzie Homes management in general as sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the difference between these two companies.
Disgusting and appalling service, especially from Pooja. She is not helpful with any issues that arise during your tenancy. She only reaches out to you when it is beneficial for her.
Firstly, when I first moved into the property the balcony was disgustingly dirty. The building has a massive problem with pigeons and to simply put it, they made a mess everywhere. There was pigeon poop all over my balcony for weeks on end. I was unable to use my balcony for WEEKS after I moved in. Then they finally decided to sort someone to clean it after weeks of me complaining and nagging them about it.
Secondly, the building then had plumbing issues which resulted in waste pouring down in the garage directly onto my car. It took them MONTHS to sort this issue after complaints from tenants. The building STANK of poop for months. The management kept saying they are not responsible for this problem and it’s Thames water’s fault and they kept going back and forth for weeks before finally fixing it.
Lastly, Pooja will continue to harass you even after your tenancy runs out. She shows no empathy towards any issues you might be going through. She is only chasing a commission and if you happen to stand in her way, she will do everything in her power to make you feel bad. She sends unprofessional emails and threatens to inform third parties of your personal situation which is not quite legal. They will try to scam you off your money and make sure that you don’t get your deposit back. They will add some “interest” rates to your rent and will justify it with saying it is in your contract.
Please if you ever decide to rent with them, make sure that you read the tenancy agreement multiple times and understand every single point as they will make things up as they go.
I would not use their services ever again even if they paid me for it.
To conclude, the whole experience was quite literally $hit.

Moving in was absolutely fine and I had no issues at all. Unfortunately, moving out was a completely different experience. They tried to deduct as much as they possibly could from my deposit, charging extremely high prices for things that were honestly ridiculous.
They even attempted to take utility bills from my deposit before they had been emailed or sent to me, and before I was even aware of the amounts. I ended up winning the appeal, which says enough.
I was recommending them at first, but the way the end of my tenancy was handled has completely changed my opinion. I understand contracts and fair charges where things are left behind, but instead of being honest with pricing, they go straight for the highest charges. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how they tried to get money out of me.

GoogleFrost partnership represented the house we were viewing (and have now bought) and it was hands down a great experience with them. As any first time buyers would agree, buying a house is super stressful and complicated. Emma was looking after us and was a breath of fresh air. No pressurised phone calls or game playing. It was straight, honest and polite conversations throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond when it came to sending over correspondence with the sellers and having had some communications from estate agents from other agencies, we were really fortunate we had her as our middle man (woman). Andrew helped us aswell at the very end as was completely informed of the progress of the porperty and was given a proper handover while Emma was on leave.
In general, everyone at the Amersham branch were great and were always patient with requests from both sides.
Would definitely recommend using them!

Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.

GoogleFrosts we’re the third estate agent we appointed when trying to sell a retirement apartment in Amersham. Retirement apartments are notoriously difficult to sell but Josh, who was handling our sale, did a great job, as did the manager of the Amersham branch.
Josh kept in regular touch about any progress - or lack of ( which is just as important) - and we had useful advice on price from the manager. We felt they took a personal interest in our sale. It took a long time, but eventually, a buyer came along and the sale process was handled efficiently and professionally. Again, we were kept regularly informed at every stage.
In all, it took nearly 3 years and 3 Estate Agents, to sell the apartment but Josh and the team really persevered and we got there in the end. So, a big ‘Thank you’ to Frosts in Amersham. Would certainly use them again.

GoogleI am writing to express my concerns regarding the service provided by The Frost Partnership during my father's tenancy agreement for an apartment in Amersham. Initially, their approach seemed thorough, but subsequent events have led to some distressing issues. When my father was hospitalised and subsequently moved to a care home, their assistance was notably lacking. A particular point of contention is the condition of the patio at the property. At the commencement of the lease, the landlady acknowledged in writing that the patio required cleaning. Despite this, The Frost Partnership is demanding a fee of £190 for its cleaning, which seems unjust given that it was not in a satisfactory state when my father began his tenancy.
It is disconcerting that they are insisting on this charge, especially considering my father's advanced age of 92 years. I urge you to consider this communication as a stern cautionary note. While initial impressions may be positive, our experience has been anything but, and it is important to note that there are numerous other estate agents available within a short walking distance. It is disappointing to have to convey such a message, but I believe it is necessary to share our experience so that others may be more informed in their dealings with The Frost Partnership.

Your review is disappointing given the tenancy is still ongoing and both our Landlord and The Frost Partnership are being extremely fair and reasonable. When we were made aware that your father had to move out due to health reasons we spoke and agreed with your Landlord that the tenancy could be ended early, subject to a new tenant being found to take over the tenancy where your liability for rent and utilities would end, thus saving you a considerable sum. As per the tenancy agreement the Landlord is within their rights to charge remarketing costs but in the circumstances has agreed to waive this.
As with all tenancies there will be a checkout when it terminates at which point an independent assessment is made to check if the property has been given back in the same condition (bar fair wear and tear) as it was when the tenancy commences. On one of our recent visits, it is clear that the patio is overgrown with some 3ft weeds and not in the same condition as it was at the start. As such The Frost Partnership has got a quote to bring the patio back to the condition at the start, this does not include cleaning but was purely for your information. As mentioned previously the formal check out will not take place until the tenancy formally ends and therefore you have the opportunity to clear and weeds on the patio yourself or appoint your own contractor prior to the checkout being done. If the patio is deemed to be in a similar condition to that at the start of the tenancy there will be no charge. It is not fair to expect the Landlord to pay to bring the garden back to the condition it was at the start of the tenancy. All discussions regarding tenancy end and expectations for property handover for end of tenancy have been with you (the guarantor) and not your elderly father.
