Selling and buying is a stressful time and having someone like Braydn show you around a property made it really pleasurable, i did put a offer in although I know it will probably be rejected. He was still very delightfull and polite. The world need more estate agents like him. He is a credit to the company. Thank you

They were great at getting answers to questions we had about the property and keeping us regularly updated throughout the process. We’re very happy with our home. We’d definitely use Gilson and Bailey if decide to sell our house in the future. We would definitely recommend them!

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending Gilson Bailey Brundall to those living in and around the area. I am fortunate to have spoken with Jack Cranmer who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the property I am purchasing and always very quick to respond with any queries I have. He was also very accommodating to showing me around said property to fit around my work schedule. I will be passing on my experience to all those around me looking to rent/purchase a property in the future - 5 stars from me!

GoogleThey have been fantastic throughout the whole process. The whole team is friendly, helpful and warm. Bradyn had the challenge of taking over from another colleague and he couldnt have done anymore to ensure a smooth handover to himself. I did not feel that i was ever any trouble. He responded to all of my emails so fast and was a great person to advocate for me as the buyer and do whatever he could to get it completed before my mortgage offer ended. I am so grateful for his perseverance. I will be using them in the future if i decide to move and recommend to anyone. Thank you!

GoogleI used Gilson Bailey to sell my home and the property I purchased was equally with them, David who came to see me was absolutely brilliant in his explanation of the sale process and there was absolutely no pressure tactics that I found with other agents at the time. All the team in the Brundall office were brilliant they pushed my corner in every aspect I highly recommend them for all of the service they provided Louise who delt with the solicitors side of the purchase and sale was absolutely brilliant thank you all 10/10

GoogleGilson Bailey Brundall Office really did exceed all expectations for my husband & I. We listed our property on the Thursday, we had 6 viewings back to back on the Saturday, 3 offers on the Monday morning which Gemma handled the negotiation part of superbly well resulting in us getting over the asking price. Everything sailed smoothly & swiftly from there with Louise chasing up all of the Conveyancing on both sides & staying in touch with us regularly with any updates or to do lists. The sale was done & dusted well within its expected forecasted date. I can’t praise the team enough, it’s a very well oiled machine, everyone knows what they’re doing & they all do it with great ability. I’d have no doubt in my mind in using Gilson Bailey again not referring them to family or friends, huge thanks to the team.

GoogleI can’t recommend Gilson Bailey Brundall enough, they have been great from start to finish. From the first contact they have been helpful and informative keeping us updated with every detail of our sale. Our house sold very quickly and we received feedback about all the viewings. Getting to the finishing line was a long process, no fault of Gilson Bailey, some slow solicitors on our buyers end, but we were kept updated with every detail that happened. I can’t thank them enough for making everything as smooth as it could have possibly been. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Gilson Bailey enough, we bought our bungalow through them and and had no problems at all. Louise the aftersales team was fantastic always keeping us updated and chasing my own solicitor, I'm not moving ever again but if I did i wouldn't hesitate to use them.
