I have dealt with Gilson and Bailey several times over the last few years, both in buying and selling flats. I have always found them to be helpful and friendly. They were assiduous in keeping in communication with me , and also supportive during this process, which can be protracted and stressful at times. I can unreservedly recommend them. I’m now happily settled in my flat and would use both their buying and selling services again.

GoogleWe initially found a property through Gilson Bailey, booked a viewing and then we cancelled as we were unsure. A few days later we decided it was a good location for us and so phoned back asking to view after all - they were extremely helpful and totally understood our initial reluctance. The property was perfect and we very quickly shook hands on a sale. The team at Gilson Bailey were always available, always helpful and very professional. Thank-you!

All of these were expertly managed by Hannah and Louise who kept me fully informed at all times. GoogleWe have had a good experience with Gilson and Bailey Estate Agents, it hasn't been an easy sale with two failed sales before a succesful one but they have been supportive throughtout the whole process, very professsional and fantastic communication. All the members of the team have been great but a special mention has to go to Louise Hubbard who we have been dealing with once the sale was agreed, her efficency is superb and nothing was to much trouble and she was forever chasing up things and keeping us infomred of the progress. Thankyou to all the team.

A massively stressful experience which we will never repeat. Louise made things a lot worse than it ever needed to be. The whole experience was hideous. We would certainly avoid in the future.

GoogleBraydn was always available during the sale process. As it was a probate sale, there were several hurdles that he helped us to overcome and as the property was empty made accessing the property for the various surveyors and tradesmen that were needed easy to arrange.

GoogleGilson Bailey were again fantastic with the house moving process. I chose to use them again in selling my house this time as I had such a good experience buying through them. Scott always kept me up to date with what was going on and the after sales team were fantastic in helping out with any questions I had and dealing with the other estate agents and solicitors.

GoogleThe team in Brundall were great in guiding me as a novice through the process of buying my first home. We were buying from a seller using Gilson Bailey, I can say that this was the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. They were pressuring us to complete in as little time as possible, from the get go the agent, Louise Wilson, was hounding us. They will make an already stressful situation more so and are incredibly unprofessional. When everything was completed, we were left a voicemail of them laughing at us telling us "congratulations on completion". DO NOT USE GILSON BAILEY!
