GoogleDavid, Brayden and the rest of the team were always polite, kept me informed of the progress either by phone or email. To sell on Christmas Eve too, was the best present ever. GoogleMany thanks to David and the team for assisting with the sale of my property. I thought it would be a difficult task as another agency had felt it was not viable with the length of lease. The advice I was given by David proved to be correct as he had an understanding of the area. I was kept up to date through the whole process. Very pleased with the result.

GoogleI'm a great believer of shopping locally, and so pleased that I did! With Gilson Bailey being located in the village and with local knowledge of who wants what, a buyer was found very quickly. Although the sale process had some hiccups due to planning and solicitors, Gemma was on the ball pushing to get completion through and keeping me up to date with proceedings at all times. Highly reccommended.

GoogleGilson Bailey Brundall did eventually sell our property. We were happy with the fee which was as expected. We originally sold but our buyers pulled out so they remarketed and it sold again within 4 days. However, Gilson Baikey accidentally let slip how much we had accepted the first time...which I don't think they are allowed to do. We were very cross about that and ended up accepting a lower offer as a result of their breach of confidentiality. I was also not pleased that they don't work on Sundays. I did as many viewings as they did because they were often unavailable. That said, they were always polite on the phone. They could have kept us more informed about progress at the end, but we got plenty of updates from the agent we were buying through instead.

My experience of buying through Gilson Bailey was stress free compared to what I thought it was going to be. The sales team were patient with me and it really felt as if they were going everything possible to make my experience smooth! When our offer had been accepted the after sales team were on it when it came to chasing solicitors and other people in our chain which put our minds at rest what things were moving along nicely!
