She showed us around the property and was very informative and responsive to any queries we had. GoogleGilson and Bailey have been phenomenal from start to finish, when our house went live we had viewings booked within the hour, their communication was excellent letting us know when viewings were booked and feed back from the viewers. They sold our house in 6 days. Louise Hubbard kept us informed throughout the process of the sale, right up until completion. I highly recommend this company.

Braydn is exactly the type of professional I like to work with, direct, frequently giving updates and gets the job done. We received feedback after each viewing and he kept us updated on the arduous solicitors journey! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him/them.

GoogleLike all things with legal procedures regarding property sales and purchasing, it takes time! And you can't rely on the hoped for sale figure in the present market value of properties. However, we found the people at Gilson Bailey, efficient, caring, respectful and professional, which made the process of selling my parents bungalow easy to go through. We wish the new owners many happy and prosperous years ahead.

GoogleSpeaking as a recent buyer/seller this organisation delivers exceptional service. Bearing in mind I was a buyer, I was able to compare and contrast with my own estate agent throughout the process; there was no real comparison yet mine was pretty good! Whilst the level of professionlism is a 'model of best practice' the stand-out area is customer care. Compensating for our dysfunctional solicitor, Gilson Bailey maintained continual contact providing a high level of support and guidance. Their persistance with 'less' efficient peers overcame continual barriers and delivered the timely outcome all parties desired. Any organisation is only as effective as their people. The entire team we were exposed to exuded professionalism, however Louise was the key talent surrounding our customer satisfaction. She has helped us to continuously chase to get our purchase through as quickly as possible.
