GoogleWe are really happy with the service we received from Gilson Bailey Brundall, Gemma was amazing! We dealt with Gemma the most, but were in contact with the whole team and all members were really helpful. Always easy to get in touch with and dealt with all aspects of our purchase swiftly. We have used other estate agents in the area and have felt let down. Will definitely be using Gilson Bailey in the future for buying or selling!

Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many questions I asked, or emails I sent! Gilson Bailey have been professional and proactive throughout, and have truly been fantastic - 10/10 would sell/purchase our next property (not for a long time I hope!) - would definitely recommend.

Gemma was regularly contacting our conveyancer for an update of the sale of our property and update on our purchase, copying us in each time by email so we all knew what stage we were at. Gemma has always been quick to respond to emails and all other team members have been really helpful whenever I have called in. Thank you for all your help!

Our experience of the housing market during lockdown was fairly tumultuous, but as soon as Gemma took on the sale of our home, she worked tirelessly to get things through as swiftly and painlessly as possible. She was a pleasure to communicate with, and was so proactive, going above and beyond to keep our chain going. We really appreciate everything she did for us and have already recommended her to friends.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Gilson bailey in Brundall highly enough, in particular the service we received from Gemma. True to its reputation, our move was exceedingly stressful but Gemma was there at every stage performing over and above your average estate agent, trying her utmost to get the sale through as soon as was humanly possible. She kept us constantly updated and was always at the end of the phone for any queries or problems, acting as a fabulous go between for all parties. She deserves a bonus on this sale!

They sold our house in 6 days. Louise Hubbard kept us informed throughout the process of the sale, right up until completion. I highly recommend this company.

Braydn is exactly the type of professional I like to work with, direct, frequently giving updates and gets the job done. We received feedback after each viewing and he kept us updated on the arduous solicitors journey! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him/them.
