Pure scum sold using them at a higher rate than advertised did not tell the buyer that the sit in tennants where leaving so they wouldn’t miss out on the fee ended up costing me more money how they treat people like this is beyond me also was using them to manage it while I was renting it out when I had an emergency even though I was paying them £100 to manage they did not help me once just pure pure scum

They advised absolutely correctly with the sale price at the outset and gave us a realistic price that they thought the property would sell for, not an unrealistically high price. They kept us informed all the way through the transaction and responded quickly to any queries. Professional and friendly, and the fees were very competitive. We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Their communication was excellent and they kept us informed every step of the way. Any questions we had were answered swiftly and efficiently by Louise who was our main contact. Scott answered questions to support us in making decisions to proceed and ensured that we were kept up to date whilst offering on the property. GoogleA small but very professional team everybody in the team was friendly and hard working and had their own role, they looked after my sale, Scott understood the market and request for a realistic value, Brayden did the viewings and negotiated the sale and Louise who takes care of sales progression made the whole experience less stressful. The telephone was always answered and my queries dealt with, I would certainly recommend them.
