We did our homework and met a few different agents when deciding on who to sell with. David from Gilson Bailey Brundall visited us and we knew immediately he was the one for us. We knew we could trust him. During the course of the sale and purchase the team were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. A fabulous service was provided and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleWe brought our house through Gilson Bailey who were fantastic. Kept us informed and really helped us through the process. We had Lottie show us around and Gemma worked on the sale. Very personal and easy to contact. Gemma even went on completion day and picked up our keys and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would use them again if I sell my house and will be recommending them to others. Thanks for all the help and getting us out home.

GoogleA great team at the Brundall office with superb local knowledge. They are very responsive and helpful and treat clients with respect. They showed all prospective buyers around my property and wherever possible gave constructive feedback. My property was priced fairly in the current market and they achieved the asking price in a reasonable time frame. Ther service after accepting an offer through to Exchange of contracts has been reassuringly competent. I have no hesitation recommending them to those looking to sell in the area

GoogleThe sale of my property was extraordinarily fast, so that was easy, yet the exchange took forever (due to solicitors). Gilson Bailey were brilliant. Gemma who I dealt with continued to keep me informed, chased regularly and kept things running as quickly as possible. Her communication was brilliant and as well as dealing with the whole chain, she helped keep the developers of the new build I was trying to reserve in the loop too. GoogleI highly recommend the Gilson & Bailey Branch in Brundall. They were very polite and professional throughout the viewing, offering and purchase of a property. Having spoken with most of the team at the branch, they all are very professional with their way of working and they have a clear ethos of Customer Care. Even when there were bumps along the way of the purchase which they had no control in, they were very proactive to get these resolved and keep a strong communication channel between us and the solicitors.
