Samana has been extremely helpful, with her prompt and informative replies to my queries. Bruce, the agent who managed my viewings is very kind and helpful. Both Bruce and Samana made the whole process of renting student accommodation so much easier.

I have been a CP WALKER tenant for just over 23 years and I am just about to move into my 3rd property with them, as my current tenancy has come to an end. I can not thank them enough for all the assistance i have had during my current circumstances. The team here are fantastic and are very happy to help and get issues sorted promptly. Communication with everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic. I for one have had a great experience with CP WALKER over the years and highly recommend them. Thank you.

C P Walker & Son provided great service in helping us find our first property to rent as students. They answered all of our questions regarding the property in a timely manner to help us fully understand what we were agreeing to. I particularly found Samana Syed to be helpful as when she showed us around the property she made sure to double check anything that seemed amiss or any responses she gave us to ensure we were given the correct information and when I had a query for the landlord she conveyed this to them well and made sure I was listened to which helped us to come to an agreement in which both parties were happy. I would definitely recommend C P Walker & Son as a letting agent, especially to any other first year students looking for their first rental.

Very happy with communications in setting up a Tenancy Agreement for a student, and the having the transfer someone else and withdraw from the same agreement. Sarah Finney made things nice and simple, couldn't ask for more.

The service i have received from CP walker is second to none…I am in the middle of buying a property through them, and will be using their letting services on completion. Kirsty Inglis, in particular has been very helpful, and gone above and beyond to any request I have made. Very professional, knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending CP walker to anyone.

I have really enjoyed how professional yet friendly I have been treated through my tenancy application. Samana did a wonderful job of touring the property and provided excellent information; she was also helpful and patient while I was applying. Now I have moved in, I can say this lettings agency is the best I have ever tenanted from. They also did a check-up call, to ensure I had settled into the property and everything was up to standard. Very happy with my experience.

I'd like say say a thankyou to Josh Dobbins a staff member at CP Walker. He shows up for house visits to check the property, its always nice to see him he makes conversation as he walks round. He listens to jobs that need fixing and writes them down to make sure their filed and gives great advice about renting.
