If your looking for an agent in Nottingham I would highly recommend CP Walker, they have looked after my property for almost 20 years and have done a great job finding tenants / maintaining the property in my absence. Kirsty, Rex and Jonathon have been especially helpful over this time :-)

Have used CP Walker for many years renting out our property portfolio. Professional service throughout from start to finish. Having considered other agents in the past its clear nobody comes close in terms of the depth of understanding of the Beeston property market and the surrounding area that CP Walker possesses. Special mention to Samana - superb asset to the company.

Maisie has been great and got back to me very swiftly regarding my query. I have spoken to few estate agents and most of them haven't even replied to my queries. Maisie and CP Walker have been different. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a property for which Mark at CP Walker & Son was the selling agent. My queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently with professionalism and urgency when required. Especially dealing with a potentially tricky completion (when the entirety of the process up until that point had gone smoothly until the very end!). I would thoroughly recommend CP Walker for house sales and clearly my experience is that you are even valued as a house buyer. Thank you Mark and team at CP Walker.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We bought a house through C P Walker and if we ever come to sell it I'll definitely be doing it through them. Mark has been pretty much the sole driving force during the entire process, my own estate agent for my sale and solicitors were both awful by comparison and Mark kept them, and two others in the chain, all on track. We managed to complete 10 weeks from offer during an incredibly busy time and I put it all down to Mark. Thank you so much, you've made the whole process much easier for us.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I had CP Walker three times as my agent while I was living in Beeston - once for letting, the other two for buying and selling. As all know, there are several agencies on the High Road and I tried to work with other agencies too (Bairstow and Eves and Robert Ellis) but ended up with CP Walker every time. I might be biased as I am a non-British employee, but I am confident to say that CP Walker was the only agency that was reliable and made me comfortable. Bairstow and Eves took my deposit without letting a place and blamed me on failing to reach an agreement (I had to work with Chase, the US credit card company, to get my deposit back). Robert Ellis was simply unresponsive to my request of property evaluation. For all transactions with CP Walker, every process from the beginning to the end was smooth. They tried to accommodate my situations and were responsive and professional. For example, I recently sold my house with CP Walker and was in an unusual situation as I was relocated for a new job before selling the house. Mark Finnigan, the sales manager, just made the sale easy and simple with many years of sales experience and professionalism. He was not only skillful and competent but also kind and friendly like an uncle. Even during the busy sales season, he was willing to hear all my concerns and straighten things out. My friends and neighbors living in Nottingham also shared similar positive thoughts about CP Walker and Mark. I am happy to share more details if you’re interested to hear.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Bought our new house that was marketed by CP Walker. The sales manager of the beeston office, Mark was brilliant at helping to push not just this house, but the entire chain to completion. Great advice, and insight, incredibly quick to respond to calls and emails and really very good at cajoling conveyancing solicitors to get things done. Made what was a really difficult chain to complete into a really positive experience, and I couldnt reccomend highly enough.

Samana Remi, who was in charge of my process, has always been attentive to the best possible options and availability. I highly recommend them.

I have used Justin Hevness at C P Walker for all the years I have been in business, and as we has grown and changed, he has been fabulous at working with us at Stanford Gould Ltd and Stanford Gould Online Ltd to ensure we remain properly covered and protected. Questions are answered quickly, cover queries are checked and responded to with expertise and professionalism and the fees are competitive. Justin is also a top bloke, to boot. They do not care about their long standing tenants. There is no flexibility. They want to be right and do what they want to do. It's one bad situation after another with them, they feel very self entitled and the staff can start off as nice, but that changes quickly. They lack customer service.
