Great service. Able to find very good accommodation for my friend within a week of arriving at Nottingham. Agents were very service oriented. We were late for the viewing, and they happily waited for us and showed the room. The property was well maintained, and it was love at first sight. The problem I faced was when I visited the office to clarify a few things regarding the tenancy agreement. The agents didn't like we being their and mentioned everything is Digital read the email, every detail is in there. They could be a bit polite, and also, they should understand sometime people value face to face chat rather than all Digital. Just that one instance, other than that, definitely I recommend C P Walker to anyone searching property. Keep up the service.

C P Walker & Son have been handling my rental property for a couple of years now, and I've always been very happy with the service they provide. They arrange everything, handle repairs, and answer all my queries professionally and promptly. Dom Fletcher has been handling my tenancy, and has been able to secure excellent new tenants weeks in advance of my current tenant moving out (who has also been very good), minimising the void period and making for a very smooth transition. We were so impressed by the service we received recently when selling through CP Walker. Caroline Baker worked tirelessly throughout, frequently going above and beyond and dealing calmly and professionally in resolving all issues, even when many new 'challenges' and 'surprises' - completely beyond the control of CP Walker or ourselves - arose. Whenever others 'found' problems, she consistently found solutions. Caroline kept us very well informed throughout and pro-actively chased certain other parties involved in the process when communication was not forthcoming from them. We could not have asked for a better estate agent experience and consider the fee extremely good value for all that Caroline did for us in seeing the sale through from beginning to end. Thanks and credit also go to Mark Finnigan, who helped and advised us greatly and used his skills and experience to guide us safely away from some potential serious pitfalls that we otherwise wouldn't have had a clue about ourselves. We are very glad indeed that we chose to sell through CP Walker and would not hesitate in the slightest to highly recommend them. It shouldn't have to be said, but in an industry which has a widespread negative reputation, their honesty and integrity stood out like a bright reassuring beacon from start to finish.
