After several weeks of very intense search for a house in London we run into Sam Canning-Birtles in one of those visits where you just don't want to keep searching anymore. He was not only very knowledgeable and professional but also quite kind and attentive as to rapidly understand what we needed. After some more days of searching, he was found us an awesome place we really enjoy and that does fulfill all our needs. If you go to this office, do look for him. He most certainly is going to help you find the right place for you!

I’ve just had a person on the phone who was absolutely unprofessional and rude to me. Hung up on me! I do not recommend this agency ( or at least the person I just had on the phone ) I have just called back and a lovely lady picked up and she was helpful but couldn’t give me the name of the awful advisor who hung up on me. Apparently he had to « go on his lunch break » !

Got a call from one of their agents after I enquired about the flat. He was being very rude and a passive-aggressive before he hung up the phone. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I've been in London for 5 years and moved a few times, never met worse agent than this one. No matter how much budget you give them, they're gonna be like "oh that's not enough". In my case, I told them 2,000 for 2 Bedroom which is more than enough in this area.

Greg, Charles and George did an excellent job when they sold our flat in Shepherd's Bush. They showed genuine enthusiasm for the property and coupled that with their thorough knowledge of the area to highlight its value for money to potential buyers. They were always available for chats but didn't bombard us with feedback unless it was going to be particularly useful. Once we'd accepted an offer they were always on the front foot, chasing the various people involved and keeping us in the loop. I've dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years and not had the greatest experiences, but now I've worked with three different Marsh & Parsons offices in London and really do rate them all. I had the pleasure of selling my flat through Tom and Louise at the Brook Green Office of M&P. Louise did a fantastic job in selling my flat from the day of the offer to the day of exchange. She was charming, efficient, knowledgeable and pro-active. Against all odds with property prices falling and impact of Brexit, Louise was persistent with the buyer and kept me informed round the clock on the progress of the sale. Highly recommended Negotiator. Tom the manager did a brilliant job overseeing the progress of the sale, again efficient, knowledgeable and pro-active, his valuation was spot on with the offer. I have worked with several agents this year in selling and renting out properties. For a recent sale in Brook Green I worked with Mark Hoey who was exceptional. I don’t think I have ever worked with anyone who was more on the ball in terms of chasing all parties and providing daily updates. This sale was protracted and complex, however Mark assured me from day one that the buyers were serious and would complete the transaction, which they did. I would highly recommend M&P in Brook Green, professional fast service from start to finish.

I will definately recommend M&P to anyone who's looking to buy or sell in Brookgreen. The guys are clearly professionals and among all other agents in the area they are the best. I've worked with them 3 times already and every time they were very cooperative, doing maximum they can, often staying till late and even helping with documents delivery. John-Paul was the agent I worked with. He arranged the highest number of viewings in comparison with other 2 agents selling my house and found the highest offer which I agreed on. The team at M&P go above & beyond to provide amazing service. From a landlords perspective (my position), to a tenants (friends have rented through them). Graeme Young in the man that can, he trains his team relentlessly to provide great customer service. After working with him the last 4 years I absolutely trust that he has my properties best intentions in mind when sourcing tenants. This isn't an agency that leases properties without a care in the world. They want to match the tenant & property properly which in turn encourages good relationships with the landlord/longevity in tenancies. When discussing moving abroad & the complexities we could face, Graeme reassured me tenfold that things would be fine. Which they have been! In instances where there has been an emergency with my tenants he has gone out of his way (in his personal time) to resolve these problems. Friendly, polite, and coordinated staff; much higher quality than I ever expected to receive as a renter in London. Our agent Megan Barber was well organised and never gave us the hard sell, simply showed us around some places and let us make up our own minds. I was frequently late to viewings and she never even got upset or made any snide comments, continuously polite. When I left messages for Megan, her colleagues were always courteous and got back to me if Megan wasn't available. M&P BG are definitely a well put together team, use them!
