The Marsh & Parsons Brook Green estate agency office is located on Shepherds Bush Road, just moments from Brook Green itself, and offers sales, lettings and lettings management. The selling and lettings departments deal with property in Brook Green, as well as properties in the surrounding areas of Brackenbury Village W6, Hammersmith W6, Barons Court W14, Shepherds Bush W12 and Kensington Olympia W14. Our Brook Green office offers a range of properties, including the grand Victorian houses on the Green, Victorian conversions, mansion apartments, pretty cottages and studio flats. Brook Green also benefits from a combination of entertainment including the smart boutiques, pavement cafes and bistros on Blythe Road, W14 and the shopping centre in nearby White City, as well as the theatres and bars in Shepherds Bush W12; all helping to make Brook Green a really special place to live. If I could give this people Zero stars I really would. Extremely unprofessional agents. Supposed to meet for a viewing and never bothered to tell us the properly they canceled the booking. They only emailed us 30 minutes before the viewing schedule to say the property has been taken earlier in the day. We came to the property not knowing anything as they failed miserably as agents to do their jobs. Don't even bother with this Agency. Absolute waste of time.

I recently had the pleasure to deal with Stuart from the lettings team and I wanted to sincerely thank him for his very professional and cordial help in our house search. It is rare finding agents so polite, prompt and clear in all communications and only recommending properties in line with budget/profile (which is not the norm out there and is cause of unnecessary waste of time for all parties involved). Will definitely consider M&P Brook Green for future house searches.

If there was minus 5 stars, I would have chosen it. The worst experience in my life with an agency really. I have just recently had surgery, and still did my best to show up early for the scheduled viewing. However, no one showed up, and it's completely unprofessional. They did not even call, or send an email to say they cannot attend. Very disrespectful. I recommend this to no one at all. Horrendous experience. No respect for others.

Tenants do not use. 30+Days and counting not even partial deposit release through TDS. Staff are unresponsive and uncaring, landlord biased and orientated. For reference I’m a high earner, good tenant, no previous problems.

I have used a number of estate agents in this area and Marsh and Parsons have been by far the best. Greg Boxer and his team have been excellent throughout the sale process; consistently proactive, helpful and professional. They charge a bit more than some other agencies but it is money well spent in my opinion. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

If you are going anywhere else in London to find a letting agent to assist you in finding your new home, you’re doing it wrong. Sam Canning-Birtles is - without a doubt - the best letting agent in the UK. Kind, hard-working, and always quick to offer guidance, I am positive we would never have found a place near as nice as we did in the price range we had, had we not ran into Sam in January. Amazed by the level of unprofessionalism by this agent. I had a sales viewing at 2pm on Sat. I called at 1:50 pm - 10 mins. before - informing I maybe 7-10 mins. behind (which I was not, and arrived on time). The agent, Parmas, called me back at 1:57pm and informed that she has decided not bother turning up at the property at all! Her reason being she had an epiphany that I won't come. 2hr.+ time and effort wasted. Never have I come across of such appaling disrespectful way buyers are dealt with!
