FacebookIncompetent organisation. Each person we dealt with had no idea what they were doing, caused unnecessary stress and chaos, told different lies to us and the landlord. I would never recommend that anyone uses marsh and parsons, and would urge all landlords to use a different company. I moved out nearly a year ago and yet they're still insisting I live in the property! And worst of all our deposit wasn't protected and I wish I'd taken them to court now. At the time I just wanted rid of them.

Lock you into a contract from hell and tell you there’s nothing you can do about the property being unlivable, filthy and with many many broken items. Always on the landlords side and will not even tell you where the deposit is held so you can try and get it back. Sign up with these jokers at your peril!

They are misleading and rude, take ages to respond, are evasive when they finally do and are aggressive over emails. The issues in the house were endless. Every day a new problem.
Upon leaving, they tried to keep part of our deposit and delayed it’s release with ludicrous excuses. Despicable!
