The Marsh & Parsons Brook Green estate agency office is located on Shepherds Bush Road, just moments from Brook Green itself, and offers sales, lettings and lettings management. GoogleApproved a god awful landlord who is refusing to do any of his contractual obligations. Only rent a house from these people if you want to spend ages on the phone to the council trying to get the landlord to make your house liveable and not have a garden full of literally decomposing garbage. FacebookTerrible service. Avoid like the plague. Will sell you the dream and deliver the nightmare. Lock you into a contract from hell and tell you there’s nothing you can do about the property being unlivable, filthy and with many many broken items. Always on the landlords side and will not even tell you where the deposit is held so you can try and get it back. Sign up with these jokers at your peril!

GoogleExtremely poor! They are misleading and rude, take ages to respond, are evasive when they finally do and are aggressive over emails. The issues in the house were endless. Every day a new problem. Upon leaving, they tried to keep part of our deposit and delayed it’s release with ludicrous excuses. Despicable! GALD WE MOVED!!! AVOID THEM!!
