The Marsh & Parsons Brook Green estate agency office is located on Shepherds Bush Road, just moments from Brook Green itself, and offers sales, lettings and lettings management. The selling and lettings departments deal with property in Brook Green, as well as properties in the surrounding areas of Brackenbury Village W6, Hammersmith W6, Barons Court W14, Shepherds Bush W12 and Kensington Olympia W14. Our Brook Green office offers a range of properties, including the grand Victorian houses on the Green, Victorian conversions, mansion apartments, pretty cottages and studio flats. Brook Green also benefits from a combination of entertainment including the smart boutiques, pavement cafes and bistros on Blythe Road, W14 and the shopping centre in nearby White City, as well as the theatres and bars in Shepherds Bush W12; all helping to make Brook Green a really special place to live. For those who need easy access by car to the M4 or Heathrow, Brook Green is perfectly situated. GoogleI had two property managers who went MIA when our bathtub, shower, bedroom light, and toilet were not functioning for FIVE MONTHS. They did not push the landlord enough to help us and we suffered for too long of a time. They are also making it so difficult for us to even ask for £100 personal compensation for using other showers and no lights etc for that time, SO DISAPPOINTED for such a ‘well-respected’ company.

FacebookExcellent service! Importantly allow me to be efficient with handling a rental property- dealing with issues via email and being extremely proactive to sorting things out. I've rented my property with M&P since 2012 and they have always found great quality tenants for me and quickly. They've always managed it for me also and the team couldn't be better. GoogleThey are young and inexperienced and under great pressure to sell . Some one told me it’s as bad an experience dealing with them as Ryan Air ! The manager has no idea what he is talking about , you wonder what wages they are on and what training they’ve had . Definitely inappropriate for the job .
