GoogleOnly had one viewing with Your Move but after having used a lot of estate agents I can say that the experience I had with Your Move outshines the competition. Our agent, Mark, was brilliant. From the start he was welcoming and had a smile on his face. When we were in the property he knew everything I needed to know and was very conversational, putting us at ease in the house. Would recommend these estate agents to anyone.

GoogleMy experience has not been great. The lack of communication even when an urgent matter is reported is the major issue for me. My kind of work didn’t allow me to make calls during working and so I send emails but the emails are completely ignored and not so much as an acknowledgement is sent. I reported an emergency issue and 24 hours later, no update has been provided.
Rose, We are extremely apologetic that we were not able to arrange a contractor to attend your property as quickly as you would have liked but were reliant on the availability of a third party contractor to attend the property and the landlord giving us the go ahead to approve the cost of the required works, I understand your maintenance issues have now been satisfactorily resolved.

Sadly found this company to be highly disingenuous. No issue with my credit check no issue with my income, paid my holding deposit. Thought the room was secure. Hear nothing for over a week plan to move, suddenly called with zero explanation and told the landlord ‘just wanted to go with someone else’. Later discovered many individuals had given a holding deposit for the same property! Fair enough but be transparent about that. I have since gone with another local company and sailed through with them being open, upfront and genuinely caring towards their clientele. Also they advertised a room with All Bills Included- went and saw the property and there was a separate meter in the room where you are charged an extortionate rate for electricity! This has been a terrible experience for me as a first time renter, the worker I dealt with talked a convincing talk to get me to part with my money! Beware they just don’t care 😫
