GooglePut my house up for sale autumn 2021 with a tenant in situ due to leave on the following few months. Zero viewing and not a single call from sales at yourmove Bromsgrove to let me know why. There was a good reason - people were trying to view but tenant would not allow. Finally learned this through the lettings department.
I admit it was a tricky situation but a call or email from sales would have been nice to keep me informed.
My property is now for sale again with another local agent and their communication is flawless. I would not put my property in the hands of yourmove again for sales. However, the lettings team were much better although not very proactive.
