Sam was the third estate agent to come and value our house and what a difference, not only did he know his onions he suggested marketing £20,000 higher than nearest competitor and how well that turned out for us. I have had some bad experiences with some Estate Agents before but Hannah made everything so easy, she is very helpful and very attentive to answer any question me and my partner had. He is smart, very professional and had done lots of research into houses similar to ours to give us a realistic asking price.
