GoogleWe've have had a very positive experience with Yourmove so far and the agents we have dealt with have been really kind and helpful. The two in particular that we have had a good experience with are Mark and Joanne. Joanne has been very helpful through communication on the phone but also in person at viewings.

GooglePut my house up for sale autumn 2021 with a tenant in situ due to leave on the following few months. Zero viewing and not a single call from sales at yourmove Bromsgrove to let me know why. There was a good reason - people were trying to view but tenant would not allow. Finally learned this through the lettings department. I admit it was a tricky situation but a call or email from sales would have been nice to keep me informed. My property is now for sale again with another local agent and their communication is flawless. I would not put my property in the hands of yourmove again for sales. However, the lettings team were much better although not very proactive.

GoogleHannah has been fantastic, really helpful, warm, positive and informative, both while we were searching for houses and since we have moved in. I am torn about giving a 5 star rating as I would like to. I'm purely withholding the last star because the letting process at the moment has become very pressurising. I realise the pressure is across the board, and is multi fascited in why it is the case, but I would love to see letting agents find creative ways of reducing that sense of pressure when people are looking for houses.

GoogleWe were recommended Your Move through my brother and in particular Paul who has been nothing short of first class throughout our dealings with him. Upon initially contacting Paul about selling our house, he came out of his way to post a confirmation date of our meeting and formally introduced himself. He made things very clear and easy to understand and has been incredibly supportive throughout all stages of our sale and has been in regular contact to ensure we are all okay and if there is anything else that he can do to help. I would recommend Paul and Your Move to anyone looking to move in the Bromsgrove area and their service was excellent having had meetings etc with other estate agents. We moved to use your move from a different company as the service we’d received was below average, Paul restored my faith in estate agents and sold our house for us. GoogleI’m in the process of buying a home sold by yourmove Bromsgrove. They’ve been very helpful throughout the process. Mark has been great in putting up with my large family at multiple viewings. Paul has been very helpful on the legal end of things, especially with helping my solicitor move things along!

From guidance to reassurance via phone calls and email he really put our minds at ease and help chase solicitors when they were not playing ball. This resulted in us being in our new home before Christmas. I would highly recommend your move and the service we recieved.

I've been helped by Georgina, who's been very polite, friendly and frequently kept in contact with me throughout the past few weeks, telling me about new properties and arranging viewings for me.
