New Home Solutions used Your Move as part of Assisted Move for a new build. House is currently on the market correctly valued and then Your Move never even turned up to view our property but then low balled it 20-30k less. That’s dreadful service and would not use these cowboys! No effort to engage with the seller but expect us to take hit and they still get a pay out.

I’ve known Paul Bennett for probably 15 years. Paul is very professional, polite, friendly & knowledgeable. I’m not the easiest person to deal with because I don’t tolerate any nonsense off anyone and I’m extremely direct, open & honest. What I especially appreciate about Paul is, I find him very easy to communicate & engage with. He works so hard to ensure your house sells for what is a fair price. He will also, always be honest with you. If I had to sell another property, Paul would be the only person who I would ever use. I really can’t recommend Paul, highly enough and I have recommended him to all my friends who were considering selling their properties. Paul is a pleasure to deal with (myself, not so much, lol). If you want to get your property sold by a professional, then I highly recommend Paul.

I have been using Your Move since 2019, to rent a property I used to reside in myself, since then their service has been exceptional. Everytime I have had a tennant leave, a new one has been sought within a month and the property has never been empty longer than six weeks. The tenants which have resided in my property have always been excellent (all checked by your Move) and have all left through valid reasons such as purchasing their own properties or requiring a bigger property. All checks have been conducted by Your Move on the property, ensuring it is maintained to a good standard. I have decided to leave a review now, mainly because of the service I have been receiving from one of their staff in particular Peter Monaghue, who runs their rental department. He has been exceptional at handling my rental property since he began working there. Everytime I have called with a query, (and believe me I have asked some questions) he has been so efficient. He is very knowledgeable in relation to the rental sector and has always given very good advice on what to do in each circumstance I have raised with him. On numerous occasions he has come up with solutions, which I have agreed with, which he himself has implemented. I certainly trust him with my property and this is really important as renting a property can be daunting, as if it isn't done correctly, this can have massive financial implications. He has previously advertised the property for me and found me new tenants, throughout the entire process he has always kept me updated on every element of the transition between tenants in the property, including any queries I have had in relation to costs, references, financial checks, and regulations in terms of the actual property safety etc. I would certainly recommend Your Move to rent your property, especially with Peter working there, as I feel he goes out his way to help, reliable and always keeps you in the loop.

Horrible service on multiple occasions…

Horrible service on multiple occasions back to back. They schedule appointments foe viewing and do not turn up. When you call them, the person on the line says they are not from the lettings dept and therefore your call falls on deaf ears. They falsely claim they have left voice mails. They deliberately misspell email addresses and say they have sent appointment cancellation emails. To clairify, these emails are sent 15 minutes before the appointment. The so called representative said the property has been removed from the market. If that is the case, then why waste our time with appointments. I strongly suspect this is click bait for properties not on their portfolio. Disgusting service from a fly by night quack estate agent.

Excellent service

From the valuation to the property being sold the staff were all extremely helpful. We had quite a few problems throughout and they did everything that they could to support both myself and our buyer. It was touch and go whether our sale went through in time but Kirsty was so helpful doing everything she could, even persuading our developer to let us have access to our property early. We would 100% recommend.

I would definitely recommend your move in Bromsgrove, we have had the pleasure of meeting with Mark, from initial contact via phone and booking appointments to meeting him at a couple of viewings he has provided us with a warm and welcoming introduction he is very polite professional and approachable. I had a terrible time with my previous estate agents so spoke to friends, who recommended Paul Bennett. I was dubious as I’d already gone through the sales pitch process and wasn’t looking forward to being ‘sold’ to again. I met with Paul and was refreshingly impressed. He was down to earth and I liked that he appeared to be direct and upfront. I instructed him and he created a WhatsApp chat which was so much better than communication with previous agents. I could get updates and ask questions, without having to catch him when he was free, around my own work. I’d def recommend him and while I hope not to need to move again, I would use him if I did.

When we decided to sell we spoke to 3 agents and we quickly settled on Paul and Your Move. The others suggested some very ambitious (and unrealistic) prices and some quite expensive changes to the house. Paul was great, we agreed on a realistic sale price that Paul was able to explain using supporting evidence and it left us reassured that we had put our trust in the right person and company. We are buying a property with Your Move at the moment and they have been nothing but efficient throughout the entire process. Answers within 1 hour and acknowledgement of your email within minutes. Mark Castro has been particularly helpful and allowed us to ask as many questions and take all the time we needed during our second viewing of the house. He knew all of the information we were querying. He has also been very quick and efficient when dealing with arranging for our surveyor to go to the property and was booked in within an hour of instructing them. As we are first time buyers, we have had a lot of queries about the process - Mark and Paul have been a great help along the way guiding us by outlining exactly what we need to do. These are by far the most helpful and responsive estate agents I have come across in Bromsgrove. Mark has made us feel valued and appreciated; he has treated us like people and not like a number - we have often felt like another number with other estate agencies when there have been a lot of viewings for a property.
