We originally chose Ardens because we felt they listened and understood our needs from the start. We had the pleasure of working particularly closely with Matt from the Bromsgrove office, who went above and beyond to help and support us with the sale of our property, even when we were having to work from a distance after my mum had moved to her new house. We were kept informed at every stage and felt that our family home was in safe hands under Matt’s care and attention. He made a difficult process so much easier and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ardens to other sellers.

Eight months of incompetence. From the disinterested attitude of the staff to their inability to manage a basic property chain, the experience was a nightmare. We practically sold the house ourselves while Arden provided nothing but delays and poor communication. An absolute shambles of an organisation.

Arden have been a great estate agent and went above and beyond to help us secure the house we wanted. We recently purchased our new home through Arden Bromsgrove and the service we received was faultless, and far better than that of our own estate agent that we sold through! They were professional but friendly throughout. From initial viewings with Lauren and Victoria (who were both lovely) and Jayne in particular who dealt with all of our sale was fantastic. When there were delays and issues at our end of the chain, Jayne helped to put my mind at ease - again, more than my own estate agent! We were lucky that Arden were both the seller of our property and the agents for the property we were purchasing.Tim is phenomenal, his knowledge of the market and Redditch areas are Paramount.Danielle was so helpful both on both initial negotiations and securing a buyer for our property as well as getting us our new property.& finally, there is Allison - she always did so well to keep us informed and up to date with the entire process, this put us at such ease and made the moving process a lot less stressful than we have experienced in the past.We don't plan on moving for a while but when/if we do .. Arden Are Definitely The 'A' Team !

Thanks to Dominique and her Worcester team I sold a property on behalf of an elderly, partially sighted friend.From the beginning the whole team were very understanding of the situation. The presentation of the property was excellent and viewings were always arranged to suit my friend and make her feel included. All the staff were very efficient and kept us informed of progress at every stage of the sale. When required, Dominique provided useful contacts ie. an excellent Removal Company and a Cleaner. This was our first experience of having to sell our home and we fell incredibly lucking having chosen Ardens to sell it for us. We had plenty of viewings resulting in constructive feedback to assist us in getting to a point to sell it. Throughout the whole process from start to finish we were kept upto date with what was going on and what to expect. We had a few issues with getting to a point we could exchange and Ardens dealt with the issues and got us to the point we could exchange. I chose Arden to sell my house back in the summer using the Rubery branch, it sold in less than a week for higher than asking price. I was really impressed with the photos and the way the house was marketed. As we were hoping to move to Bromsgrove, I dealt with that branch alot whilst we were searching. They were always super helpful, especially Christine who was so understanding when I was struggling to find something I really loved. I even ended up having a little cry on the phone and she was so great and patient with me! As it is, we ended up staying put as we could not find anything, but again, I wasn't made to feel guilty or anything and would definitely use Arden if we were to look to move again.PositiveProfessionalism
