Go somewhere else

Hi, commenting here as website doesn't seem to allow me to respond to Arden's response.Regarding my earlier review of 1 star, we were promised that we would be the first to hear when the property was available to view, this didn't happen, despite over 30 phone calls on my part, moreover, others got to view before we even found out they were available to view, so yes Arden dropped the ball. Also, the floor plans we were sent said 'Kings Heath' on them, so presumably just careless miscopying? I can prove that, I still have them. I will say that Lauren was great. Lastly, if there's a way of us purchasing the bungalow without having to deal with Arden, please let me know. Thanks.

The staff at Arden Estates, Adam and Jade were very professional, organised and thoughtful in progressing a very trying, overly long and protracted purchase. They liaised with several agents and my vendor’s conveyancer to push for an earlier completion. Thanks to their clarity in communication and my extremely competent solicitor, who expertly managed every detail of the legal process, that the chain did not break and I was able to complete a very complicated sale. Great Service

We recently sold and purchased a property through Arden estates Lydney. The whole team were amazing from start to finish. With a special thanks to Annalise, she was on the ball at all times, nothing was too much trouble for her. she accompanied viewings for both selling and buying. We would highly recommend them, we were with another agent before, but they were not a patch on Arden Estates. We would have given 6 stars, but it only goes to 5.

Fantastic and friendly service from…

Fantastic and friendly service from Arden Rubery throughout our house sale and purchase! After calling them to enquire about a house we liked, they arranged a viewing for us and got our house on the market and sold (for well over the asking price(!)) within a week for less than we’d been quoted elsewhere. They also pulled out all the stops to help us in our house purchase and we are beyond thrilled for their help. Cannot fault the team and their professionalism, especially when we found knotweed at the address we were buying. They really helped with this process ensuring communication between our solicitor, us, and our sellers throughout, and made the whole experience much less stressful and continually kept us updated as various elements progressed. We wanted to give a special thanks to Romily at the Rubery branch for all she did for us, as well as Sharon. Our sales Coordinator, Amy was also incredibly professional and helpful, without the teams knowledge and expertise I dread to think how convoluted and stressful our house sale and purchase would have been.

I couldn’t be happier with Arden…

I couldn’t be happier with Arden estates Solihull the whole team are incredibly helpful and no matter who you speak to will do the upmost to help you with everything you need want or desire. I mostly dealt with Adam and he was the goat 🐐(the best) I live 100 miles from the property I sold and he helped get meter readings and much more but then Jade then was great at processing the sale and making sure everything was going smoothly. Only interested in being top of the leader board!

Great at the start of my house sale, couldn’t be more lovely, very attentive and professional. Unfortunately I felt completely let down from then on.I repeatedly expressed that my house price was “offers over” not the “actual” price. This was told to Jade, Oliver and Robin several times, only to be told by Robyn that “people usually ignore offers over, so we tend not to use it”. Jade stated that “ viewers will be made aware of offers over for your property - let’s just get them through the door”.Even when people viewed my property offers over was not disclosed to them.I received an “asking price” offer from a buyer in a good position, Oliver was the agent who showed the buyer my house.When I received a call from Oliver he asked me to reduce the price as a goodwill gesture as my buyer had reduced their price in order to secure their sale. I told Oliver that I wouldn’t do this as my price was not THE ASKING PRICE!!! he replied….there is zero interest in your house and these people are in a good position. I felt I was swept away by all the jargon so accepted that it was going to be the asking price. I spoke directly to my buyers and they told me that “it was never disclosed about offers over”By the time I had found this out the sale was agreed. Feeling completely let down with the staff at Barnt Green I had a conversation with the director of Arden Estates, who after listening to me said “maybe had you got more for your property you would be happy “!! Had I have got more for my property I wouldn’t of felt I needed to contact him because his staff would’ve followed my instructions. Jade responded by telling the director that “nobody was wanting to pay more”. How would she know this?? Viewers were never told it was OFFERS OVER! I received a complimentary £50 voucher from the director and was told he felt that his staff did a “good job” securing a sale on my house”!!…….Really??? Well as long as the staff are happy I suppose! Let’s not consider the person who is paying for the service!!In my personal experience and opinion Arden estates staff in Barnt Green just want to get the sales numbers up to keep themselves top of the leader board for house sales in Barnt Green. I would certainly NEVER recommend them neither would I EVER consider using Arden estates ever again.

Highly recommend Ardens

Second time I have used Ardens in the last five years. From the initial valuation to the exchange of contracts the staff kept me updated on the progress of my sale in a friendly and helpful manner. They did a lot of viewings and with 4 best and final offers and I got my asking price. Would highly recommend, especially after dealing with other local agents who were less than professional in their dealings with my search for a property.

I am not sure where to start with this review. From the 1st time i met Adam at a viewing to the meeting with Lauren and the aftercare with Jade and the team Arden have been exceptional.
