We sold our property with Arden Rubery office and also purchased a new home through them. Whoever said that moving home was stressful need to use Arden in future. Romily was fantastic honest and really understood the market in our area. Gracie marketed our property and did an amazing job, Amy chased everything up for us and kept us well informed the whole team were just brilliant I can't recommend them enough. If we decide to move again Arden will be the first agent I go to. Thank you so much all of you for really taking the stress out of the whole process :)

Amy was absolutely amazing. This was a really difficult house sale. Birmingham City Council and the buyers solicitors were very difficult. However, in all of this Amy and Arden Estates were truly a shining light in the darkness. She was professional and very helpful. I would definitely use Arden again.

I used Arden recently to sell my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.I tried to sell my house last year with another estate agent but had a terrible time (making house spotless for 1 viewing only to find was no show after, selling and losing buyer etc.. ) that I took the house off the market and took a break.However this year I decided to put my house back on the market and chose Arden because when I had viewed properties with them I found they answered questions before I asked them or knew the answer and if they didn't they found out and called me back.When Peter Gilbert came to value my house he was lovely, it was like he knew how much my house meant to me and made me feel very relaxed and not under any pressure. He promised a quick sale and was so true to his word - he told my house in two weeks which was way quicker than I expected.After I accepted the offer I was passed on to Amy Woolaston who was brilliant. I had trouble with house I was buying and so thing took longer than expected and I worried I would lose my buyer again but Amy kept myself and my buyers informed of what was going on at every stage and checked in with us regularly. I can't thank Arden and the team enough for everything they did and the support we received.Would highly recommend.

Leanne and the team at Arden recently helped me purchase a residential property in Worcester. From the original viewing through to completion they have been pleasant to work with and helpful. They were happy to facilitate requests to the sellers such as leaving any paints used on the house, and for arranging access for the surveyors.Communication was largely good, though with the odd crossed wires due to parallel conversations via solicitors directly and also via Arden - but everything got sorted.Overall, quite happy with the experience!

We had a frankly appalling experience with Arden Bromsgrove. If their job had been to actively prevent a successful transaction, I would be leaving a 5 star review. The attitude of the agents is one of tired resignation, and any sense of urgency is completely ignored. Ultimately, it was up to us to secure an offer on our property, and we then had to endure almost 8 months of complete chaos that was largely due to Ardens inability to project manage a chain. I have never been less satisfied with a service provided by any organisation ever. An incredibly disappointing experience for our family.

I can't thank the Arden team enough for helping me find my perfect first home! When the listing appeared on Rightmove, I was the first to call, and Pete promptly arranged a viewing that same day. He was a pleasure to chat with and flexible enough to work around my childcare needs. I made an offer the next day, and within an hour, it was accepted. The ladies at Arden understood how crucial this move was for me, given my circumstances, and they were incredibly quick to assist. I'll never forget Romily's call with the fantastic news, she was so kind and understanding. Eight weeks later, I've completed the purchase and now have the keys to my new home. Amy kept me fully informed throughout the process, answering all my questions with patience and offering much-needed reassurance. As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nothing short of perfection throughout the entire selling and buying process. From the initial conversation with Tim, who is truly a master in his field - a true professional. He addressed all questions I threw his way and overall just made me feel very calm, relaxed and well informed in what can easily be a stressful period. No hard sell, just honest advice backed up with relevant facts and figures.Most of my viewings were done by Nina who was just a joy to deal with who not only put me at ease but also the people viewing my house.I'm also extremely grateful for the ongoing help from Halinka afterwards. My solicitors were useless (HCB), but Halinka kept me well informed throughout and made the process that bit smoother. I had a potentially awkward case where my purchase had a risk of probate and the advice from Halinka regarding this was invaluable. I have no plans on moving now that I'm in my forever home, but if I did, I'd use Ardens in a heartbeat!

So we’re in the middle of a sale/purchase but I wanted to describe the amazing service received by Millie and the team at Arden. It’s been truly world class.I recently spoke to the team at Worcester about our desire to move from south Birmingham and from the very beginning, Millie and the team took an interest in me and even remembered me when I called up a couple of times for some updates.The opportunity came up while we were in Greece and even though we were abroad, we reached out to Millie, who took our interest seriously.
