We received outstanding customer service from Annalise and her team in Lydney.We had a number of issues when buying and selling our houses and without the support and excellent communication we received I'm sure that without this from Annalise our dream property would of fallen through on a number of occasions,for which we will always be very grateful for.I have no hesitation in recommending Arden's in Lydney if you were thinking of buying or selling in this area.

Best ever!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service Adam Pillinger provided during the recent purchase of my house. I initially put an offer on a house that was declined much to my dismay but a few weeks later I received a call from Adam asking if I was still interested in the property as it’s back on sale again. Just being contacted again to know my thoughts made me feel valuable as many estate agents will proceed to put the house on the market again without even speaking to those who previously put offers in. Adams professionalism and dedication to ensuring a smooth sale process were truly exceptional.Adam went above and beyond to answer my questions, if I had any questions he would reply to my emails promptly, so I am very appreciative of that! His efforts and commitment to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed, and I wanted to thank Adam for this as because of him I was able to purchase my forever home (after looking for over a year and having 2 houses fallen through previously), so this made a potentially stressful process much easier and enjoyable.I will not hesitate to recommend Arden Estates to others in the future, and I hope Arden Estates continue to provide such outstanding service to their clients.

When we were shown around the property the agent really knew the area and provided so much additional information giving us a contact for a surveyor and when we put in our offer Amy was our true champion! Aneeka was instrumental in the sale of my property and quite frankly wouldn’t have got done as smoothly without her input. Aneeka is exceptional in her customer service and went above and beyond to reassure me as her client in a stressful situation. Poor communication but otherwise good

I initially had a poor experience with Arden Estates, primarily due to poor communication. I made an offer on a property (even mentioned I’d be willing to match the asking price), but despite chasing over the weekend and being told on Monday that I’d get a call back “shortly,” no one got in touch. I kept checking the listing excitedly, only to discover in the evening that it had been sold. I was understandably disappointed.

Highly recommend!

We used Arden Estates (Lydney Office) for our recent house sale, which completed on 21 July. Ardens had been recommended to us by a friend and from the very beginning they were excellent. Sharon was great when she came round to do the valuation, answered all our questions and was very professional. At no time did we ever feel pressured to go with them and there was no hard sales pitch, which is great. Viewings were all accompanied. Once we’d received and accepted an offer, from that point onwards, everyone in the office that we dealt with were fantastic, especially Lucy, Josh and Annalise. Every time we phoned them they were all more than willing to help and got back to us promised. Towards the end we were speaking with them daily. We always felt as though we were their only clients, even though clearly we weren’t, but we were always treated as such. We know we said it many many times, but we want to thank all of the team yet again, you were all brilliant and worked extremely hard for our sale. We couldn’t recommend highly enough 😊
