Christine and the team have been amazing. I have been through one of the most challenging/sad times of my life and Christine and her team made a very stressful situation, buying my first home on my own, so much better. Fantastic sale of our property via Arden's Bromsgrove. Went well above the asking price and sold with one phone call. Very professional from the sale via the team to after sales with Jayne, who I would say is a dream to deal with so professional and understanding. Jayne had to deal with a lot more than most, as we didn't find our next property until 5 months after our sale. Finally exchanged and I must say I would highly recommend Ardens. Sold our home in one day!

Great team, kept us updated all the way, Romily was the best agent to visit and value our house very respectful of the property and her experience showed, other agents we considered touched door handles etc around our home, which we found off-putting during COVID restrictions, Romily kept her distance, asked me to open all doors as I showed her round and did not even take a seat, we appreciated these precautions during these crazy times. Lara in the office who dealt with us from that point on was extremely helpful all the way pushing for things to move forward and chasing people daily, Oh, and did I mention they sold our house a day after it went on the market!! They’re just what you want from an estate agent.

A pleasure to sell my house

It was a pleasure selling my house with Ardens (Worcester). They were not only efficient in every way but offered advise above and beyond. If they didn’t know the answer to some of my questions they certainly knew someone who did! I sold my house in the middle of the pandemic and they were truly amazing, professional throughout and guided me and my buyers perfectly until the end. The ladies in the office especially Katie and Chloe felt like friends on the end of the phone by the end of the sale, even though I had never met them. Rachel and Dominique were outstanding. Excellent service through to a successful sale - genuinely a cut above.

If you are like me and wary of trusting online reviews I can reassure you that our experience when we sold our house with Arden in Rubery proved that the five star reviews are actually justified.Romilly, Sharon, Jason and Lara at the Rubery branch were excellent from start to finish. Romilly was an excellent saleswoman and gave me confidence in choosing them initially. Very good professional photos were included in the price which was a fixed fee and Sharon and Jasod were pleasant and helpful, always keeping us informed. Having sold and bought houses three times in the last decade, I was particularly impressed with the value for money and also the service provided after a sale was agreed. By way of contrast, I asked the agents of the property we were buying to liaise with the solicitors and vendor but was told that they simply did not have time, with the market being so busy (this was the height of the stamp duty holiday rush). By contrast, Arden had a member of staff whose role it is to make sure the sale progresses and comes to a successful completion - well done Lara, you did a great job. People sometimes think they are giving agents a great deal of money just to take a few photos and stick them on Rightmove. However, a good agent does so much behind the scenes, not only liaising with solicitors and keeping communication flowing, but also, vitally, maintaining the confidence and trust of both vendor and buyer, which ensures that the sale is completed.I can honestly say that Arden provide a service which is a cut above other agents and helped me cope with the stress of house moving. Thank you!
