Dominique, Katy and the team at Arden have been brilliant. This was my first time selling a property, my first home, and they were great at explaining the process and allowing me to do things in my own time. Their clear communication and ability to put both mine and the potential buyers at ease put my mind at rest. They were not pushy but were on top of things and had all the information for my flat at hand. So many agents don’t know the basics about a property but I always felt like they went above and beyond to give the personal approach. Would highly recommend!

I have had such a positive and supportive experience with Arden's and would highly recommend them to anyone! From the start I have had such excellent support. I had previously listed my property with another agent and had such a poor experience there, so had felt really disheartened until Ardens were suggested to me by a family friend. Romily was incredible at supporting me from the start and made it feel as though my custom was really valued and helped gain my confidence back as this had been shattered by my previous experience with a different estate agents. All members of the team have been absolutely fab and have answered any stupid question I've had in such a kind and caring way. I think I've spoken to most staff in the Rubery office, but had brilliant experiences with Jason and Sharon during the process of my house being sold. The team were really helpful and supportive, and even when people made ridiculous offers on my house I felt as though they were completely on my side. Lara has been absolutely incredible with supporting the process after I had accepted an offer. She has been really helpful and has responded to any query I've had so quickly and kindly. Without Lara's help in prompting solicitors and monitoring the process, I would be no where near the stage I'm at now. It's been lovely to know that someone else is there to help get past the final hurdle! Thank you to everyone at Ardens Rubery for making my house sale experience so positive. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone as the care from all in the team is incredible :)

Sell through Dominique. End of.

I recently sold my house through Dominique Thompson at Arden Estates in Worcester. I say recently, however, Dominique in particular (and the team at Arden) kept what was a very tricky sale together. Not only through our own personal rollercoaster involving separation and a whole bunch of emotions, but also kept her nerve and the sale alive during and after the global lockdown. I can say with absolute confidence and gratitude that if it were not for Dominique this sale would not have gone through (least of all for the price we agreed many many months ago in brighter times). Thank you Arden, but most of all thank you Dom. I cannot recommend you highly enough to anybody looking to sell or buy in the Midlands and would definitely come to you when needed in the future, although under more positive circumstances the next time around. All the best for the future, I suspect Arden will be doing very well with you at the helm for the foreseeable and wish you all the best.

Professionalism is out of this world!

Selling a house for the first time is so daunting! Iv only met Romily once and her professionalism is out if this world. We have really struggled to sell our house with another agent and decided to ask ardens for help. And so far every little thing they do is making me regret the decision of not going with them first! Romily is so lovely and down to earth, didn’t beat around the bush and gave me direct information I needed to hear especially having such a bad experience before hand. Matt the photographer was equally as great, really easy to get in with and his attention to detail was something we really appreciated. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Arden. My house was sold within 5 days of going on the market and the team at Arden worked solidly on my behalf, relieving the pressure on me. Nothing was too much trouble. I have also sold a second house with Arden. This house was initially up for sale with a competitor and didn't sell after 12 weeks. Put the house through Arden and again it was sold within a week. Ardens are the only Estate Agent I will ever use in the future to sell a property and my preference would be to purchase through them. We were impressed by all members of the team at the Bromsgrove office. Everyone is enthusiastic, courteous and efficient. We were always informed of any feedback, timing of viewing appointments and by the extensive use of email to make sure that we knew at any time what was going on. Jon Whitehead is very friendly and concerned about how each sale is progressing. No doubt he is responsible for the very cohesive way in which everything progresses. For our own part the person we dealt with most of all was Kirsty Macdonald. She has a difficult task of liaising between seller and buyer, making sure that the parties were informed at all stages and above all dealing with solicitors and other parties alike. We were immensely impressed by her attention to detail, availability and overall skills in dealing with various parties all having their own particular interests. All in all a magnificent service was provided by her. We were immensely impressed. From the offset, the branch manager at Arden Estate Agents Rubery, Romily Adams, came across to be dynamic, confident and knowledgeable of the stock in her area. The property going on sale was the lower end of the market and non-standard construction. This did not affect the handling of the marketing, Arden Estate Agents’ confidence in securing a sale nor the way I was treated as a client. I had tried one other agent closer to the property, and they showed no interest nor confidence in taking on the property.Furthermore, the property was still tenanted when it went to market. Arden Estate Agents handled the tenant’s and my needs perfectly. I live forty minutes away from the property, and was able just to hand over the keys and let Arden’s deal with everything for a fixed price.During the Covid virus lockdown, Romily gave me her direct number and progressed the sale despite the buyer’s solicitors being less than proactive. I was able to contact her throughout the lockdown, quite often out of office hours. She showed patience, perseverance and professionalism right up to the point of completion.I would be confident to recommend Arden Estate Agents and the team at Rubery to anyone.
