we had our house on the market with Arden for almost a year. finally another agent managed to find buyers after a single visit. it was very disappointing to see that after a long time the team at Arden struggled to say hello when I went to collect our keys and did not say goodbye when I left the office. extremely impolite a disrespectful. we were exetremely disappiointed with them for this behaviour: they have been nice up to until another estate agent sold our house. very unprofessional to treat a client this way.

Highly recommended. The team in Lydney were very helpful throughout the process of the purchase of our property. It was a complicated transaction, that needed additional attention, and Arden's provided that to us throughout.
