Great service from the team from start to finish. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls and proactive at keeping us updated during the various stage's. We had plenty of viewings and a realistic valuation which enabled us to sell in 5 weeks. They have a good team of recommended experts for mortgage broking, property surveys and conveyancing , all of whom we enlisted for a smooth sale. I would recommend them to others and use again.

I'm not entirely sure why you would go with any other estate agent in the Redditch and Bromsgrove area, I have sold 2 houses now with Arden and they have both sold within 2 weeks of being on the market. Savannah was great and really looked after our best interests. Arden completely understand the market and get the right people through your door viewing your house.

Jane was fantastic in chasing and following up until the sale was completed and kept us informed regularly. We also sold our house through Ardens as well, and they were great from valuing to selling the property. Would highly recommend.

As a first time buyer was told that moving house was going to be really stressful. The Arden estates team Rubery however, were really helpful and patient with me through the whole process and were always happy to take my call and answer any of my MANY questions that I had. They made sure to keep me updated at all times through the process and never left me In the dark.Gracie in particular was amazing as she was there for my viewing of the property and managed to answer almost all my questions. She was very genuine and didn’t try to hide the place’s imperfection. She also contacted me after the viewing with any of the questions I asked that she could not provide answers for at the time.

Valuation was booked quickly and easily, the property advert was perfect and brilliantly marketed. All the staff were extremely attentive with booking viewings and providing viewing feedback and getting offers over to us quickly. The sales progression team went above and beyond to ensure completion fit in line with our personal timescales. GoogleSo glad we choose to go with Anneke at Arden. From the get go I felt she was more realistic with valuation than others and her knowledge of the market was spot on. We ended up having a sale fall through and a few delays but Anneke was so supportive the whole way through and gave brilliant advice.
