GoogleI will not be looking for a rental with YourMove again. I have had to give my notice in for my property where I live in order to get a landlord reference. The landlord backed out last minute, the second property, I had to call numerous times in order to find out the property might not even be on the market any longer. My property has now been taken by another future tenant. I had a viewing today and have dragged my sister all the way from West London who has cancer to view it with me. Once I have arrived at the property I was told that the landlord no longer wants it on the market and the price has been increased. You have really messed me about and put me in a situation where I may be potentially homeless. I will definitely not recommend YourMove to anyone as you have put me in a vulnerable situation, only to benefit you. They will tell you they will ‘call you right back’ and will never call you back. No matter how many times you call an agent, their colleagues will cover for them and say they’re not in the office for the day and not long after they will answer the phone themselves. They will never respond to your emails either. Don’t waste your time, effort and money with this agency. Would love to give 0 stars. I’m sure, no one from YourMove will respond to this.

GoogleVERY DISAPPOINTING, UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL We had an appointment to view a flat in Bromley. We arrived a little early. After around 20 minutes no one showed so I called to find out what's going on. I got through first and spoke to an assistant and seemed to be hung up on. Tried again and eventually got through to the sales team. He told me that we were in the book as miscellaneous (no details), no contact number and just my name. He told me it looked as though they had forgot (or had no intention to show up) and gone to another appointment nowhere near my location. He said he would contact the agent and let me know. I was with my partner, her father and my young child. We waited there for almost an HOUR!!! To be fair to the sales member he apologized, however we did not get a call back and obviously decided to leave. To this day I have not heard back from them. No explanation and no apology. I don't know how their database works but I had contacted them a number of times regarding this flat and others and left my details so I can't see how they didn't have my phone number. Its utterly unprofessional and very disappointing. Unfortunately they are holding the keys (literally) and it may be unavoidable to deal with them in future which saddens me. But if possible I would avoid dealing with this agency.

GoogleI don't think Your Move have let properties before. On top of the extortionate fees, there is a poor service. Our property was fully managed, but we have had to pay for extra keys to be cut for them. When moving out, they failed to get an itemised invoice for damages, so disputed charges were not easily resolved. On settling on an amount, the incorrect deposit amount was returned as other payments for fees had been lost within their systems.

GoogleGreat experience from Kieran(Bromley letting team) He took all my preferences into consideration and got me a place which was more than what I expected. I now leave in this beautiful 2bed semi detached house with a conservatory and a Garden and the kids love it. It’s a dream come true compared to where I was leaving. Thanks soooo much Kieran for all your help in getting a place for me to call home. Thanks to all the team at Bromley branch.

View AgentsVery professional and serious
We have a very good experience with Your Move agency from central Bromley. They helped us find a couple of properties to view, according to our wishes, from which we have chosen the one we are renting at the moment. We are new to the UK - only moved here at the beginning of June and although we were told by other agencies that it could take minimum 2 weeks before moving into a property after final go-ahead, Your Move made it happen for us in just a couple of days ! We are very grateful to them, we highly recommend them and of course will work with them in future again.

GoogleThe most unprofessional,inept and fraudulent estate agents you could ever wish to do business with. Had the very worst experience dealing with them and would urge anyone thinking about doing business with them to seriously rethink their decision. Even their head office is a nightmare to have to deal with. Really the worst people I have ever had the misfortune of having had to deal with. Stay clear if you value your money and sanity!

GoogleRecently had David at Your Move in Bromley to carry out a valuation on our property. Although we are not in a position to put the property on the market at this time, we will be coming back to them in the future. The advice provided and the services on offer such as, their financial consultant and conveyancing services will allow us to do everything under one roof. Highly recommend anyone looking to sell.
