GoogleBromley branch very disappointed. Leonardo the agent misled us in very unprofessional way , let us down saying that waiting for the credit check company for verification and never emailed that they let the property to someone else and didn't receive holding deposit back. Will take it further.

GoogleSo far I'm extremely unimpressed. I was promised by the Bromley branch that my deposit, only paid a day earlier, would be returned within five days. As things stand, and in fairness Christmas has got in the way, it has now been at least three weeks and I'm still waiting! This is extremely poor service!

They we're all very helpful and I had been shown multiple brilliant properties which showed they paid attention to my exact criteria and in the end it paid off!! Would highly recommend anyone looking to rent a property within the area :)

GoogleEven though I didn’t buy through Your Move In Bromley, I received excellent service from both David and Leah. Unlike other agents they didn’t email or call me about properties that didn’t suit my needs, they listen! If and when I decide to sell my new property I’ll be coming back.
